Grew up in Eggertsville, then Elma and finally Penfield before joining the Air Force and seeing North America underground. Lived in Rantoul, IL; Rapid City, SD; Lompoc, CA; Grand Forks, ND; & Great Falls, MT before retiring and moving to Minneapolis. Been to three games at the Ralph, one game at KC and another at Denver. My father used to get cheap seats at the Rockpile and we were there for the "hit heard round the world", but didn't see it because we were behind the steel pillar and that end of the field was blocked. Got to see the Bills beat the Vikes with Bledsoe a few years ago, but keep hoping they will come back in my lifetime.

Nobody wanted the new downtown site anyway. There was great promise for the Arden Hills site, but the Governor shot that idea down. Now he blames the Republicans for not passing the bill authorizing the sales tax increase. The downtown site is appalling. Right next to the old antiquated Metrodome, but with even fewer seats and another dome. Limited tailgating at $200 per vehicle, plus more luxury boxes. The fans are upset, but the whole political situation is enough to make a person sick.

You forgot Greenbay and by the way, Minneapolis' weather is mostly mild these past couple decades.

For the first time in over a decade, we finally have management that knows football and not just the business end. We have a coach that leads by example and knows his stuff. Nix has the same skill set as Polian, but without the personality defect. I hope Chan sticks around till retirement in Buffalo. I'm glad we got him and his ability to mold atheletes into players has been wonderful to watch. Fitz who was non-plused about has shown remarkable improvement.

If you watched the video/audio it says the tape was a compilation of his speaches. He turned on and off the recorder throughout his rant.
