  1. It's a shame the Merriman didn't play as well as he expected the rest of the team to do.
  2. Even recreational use is a symptom of other comorbid problems such as low self esteem. It doesn't matter that they are paid millions, if the home life is disintegrating or was horrible before they came to the NFL.
  3. I predicted a 10-6 season this year. I BILLieve in Chan and Buddy. Fitz showed great poise last year, but got zero credit. I'm so glad to see him blossom this year. Go BILLS!
  4. Lights out, appears to be more like "lights on, nobody home".
  5. They did pay Kelly top money to come to Buffalo, making him the richest player in the NFL at the time. There have been times when the Bills were unbelievable cheap, and times when they should have been and weren't (Porcelain Rob).
  6. I came across this article placing the blame directly on Perry Fewell. Link
  7. Nope, it was Keith McKeller.
  8. TO is in Korea getting stem cell treatment for his knee. Now if only they could find the tractor to pull his head out of his ass...that would be something.
  9. It doesn't mean a thing this week. If the Bills win next week, we can brag...but more likely we'll be crying in our beers.
  10. I'm impressed by Chandler. He was hideous in pre-season, but apparently grew up in three weeks and has made a great addition to the team.
  11. If the Bills can pressure Brady, we have a chance. If we can cart Brady off the field on a stretcher, it's a sure thing.
  12. If we can't beat the Jets or the Pat's, we don't have a prayer at a playoff spot. I don't think were that good yet. But next year, watch out!
  13. Don't stop with McKelvin, where was Merriman? He seemed in 1st gear and couldn't get going. Light's out became - lights on, nobody home.
  14. I still love Chan's quote "I don't hope to win, I expect win!" What a difference from Dick Jauron "it's hard to win in the NFL".
  15. It's pretty sad when I can say I remember the Heidi game! I'm way too old for this stuff.
  16. It was a cardiac game Joe and anyone could have won it. Would rather have won by two touchdowns, as my old heart can't take this much more. I figured, there we go again lose the ball in the endzone and the Raiders win...NOT! Good luck next week.
  17. Looks like you get the couch tonight, but at least your family won't be laughing at you anymore! Go BILLS!!!
  18. For once, the Bills won in the clutch, not the other guys like the past decade. Another cardiac game by Fitzmagic.
  19. It would have been that close if Lindell had hit that 29 yard fieldgoal. We wouldn't have been sweating it out.
  20. The only way to beat the Pats next week is to sack Brady often and with great enthusiasm. Otherwise, he will pick us apart as he is doing with the Chargers.
  21. The annoucers said he was at home and didn't travel to the game; so was Ralph who is recovering from a broken hip. Where they full of crap again?
  22. Merriman was all but invisible this game. Kelsay was everywhere, as was Dareus. GO BILLS!
  23. He lives in Detroit Lakes, MN, so I suppose looking it up on whitepages.com would be helpful. He also is the color analyst for the Bison in Fargo. Here ya go: Philip A Hansen (218) 846-0820
  24. Damn, that was cold man...but funny!
  25. I was lucky enough to watch him play in Grand Forks, against the Sioux back in the late 80's. He was a holy terror on the field then, but again it was only Division II. I was so surprised to see he got selected in the draft from tiny NDSU, but at the time Bill Polian enjoyed picking from the small schools for outstanding people with big hearts. Later in life, I had the privilege of meeting him and was very impressed with his humbleness and honesty; especially in light of the arrogance of the right side DE. He said he never felt good enough to play in the NFL, which surprised me at the time. I'm thrilled to see him go up the wall. If you remember when retired, they said he knew the names of ever member of the Bills maintenance staff, and their families too. He would come in on days off and chat with the facility staff. He is a real blue collar kind of guy from a no name town in North Dakota. A great state with wonderful people, just some really harsh weather. I suppose for him, working and playing in Buffalo was like getting a pass to FL. He earned it, and I'm someone recognized him for it.
