  1. The point of it was that he was literally non existent in Buffalo, business venture wise. Until he started buying teams here. Then all the sudden restaurants. Bars. Breweries. Hotels. Real estate. Etc. He was nobody in the area until owning the teams. All he’s doing is maximizing his profits. Gotta put gas in the yatch after all. Put money on it there will be new businesses, restaurants, bars, and likely a hotel or 2 will pop up near/around the stadium. And they won’t be dumps like the Prospector, Kettles and motel 6
  2. I never said it was a bad thing. I only said that Pegula will be lining his pockets even more with the way things are headed. He spent care about the town. He doesn’t live here. He lives in Florida and his yatch. He comes here for Bills games once a week and that’s it. I’m sure he’ll have some incredible owners suite with full apt and a helo pad somewhere in the new stadium.
  3. Thank you. Another person confirming this. I was just pointing out that he all the sudden cared about the community when it meant money in his pockets. Like I said, etch it in stone. You will see many new business pop up near/around the stadium with Pegula’s name on them. In theory, after collecting free money from tax payers to build his stadium, charging them absurd PSL fees, incredibly increased ticket prices, and then he’s going to get a 4th small fortune by overcharging hotel rooms and dining expenses from stupid bills fans that travel far and wide to overpay for his watered down Bills experience.
  4. I consider you to be a fairly intelligent and knowledgeable person when it comes to the Bills. And hearing you say this rings true to what I believe just about every other person in the area was thinking at the time…… who the hell is that? They probably don’t even have the money to buy the team. Another Mark Hamister situation.
  5. Well. I’ve never seen proof that he was a die hard fan of either team. Not have I ever seen proof that he was a ticket holder of each. And of course most people only found out about his “love for the team” only came out as he purchased them. Same with his “care about the community” the guy literally owned almost nothing in the area. Then as soon as he bought the Sabres he started building his empire in downtown Buffalo. Look for him to monopolize some new hotels, restaurants, and bars in OP after the new stadium is built. He doesn’t care about the area. He cares about money in his pocket. He’s no different from any other greedy owner This
  6. I hate hockey and I hate the Sabres even more. I’m completely satisfied every time they get within a few games of the playoffs and rip the hearts of all the sad sacks that watch them. and I don’t care that Pegula saved the Bills from Toronto. Truth is, they belong there. We have no business having a pro football team in this city. And the stupid PSL numbers seem to be proving that. I’ve been telling everyone for a while now. The fans that attend these games moving forward in the new stadium will not be what true bills fans want or think. Most people never even heard of Pegula before he was a name attatched to buying either team.
  7. Yeah I agree that Pegula is pretty much a huge POS also. Let’s be honest, his wife is the only reason why he owns the Bills and Sabres. He doesn’t care about the town or nearby areas. All he cares about is making money. At least now that his trophy wife is no longer able to run things for him.
  8. I had been saying that for a while. The current vs new suites is a massive number. So a lot of the smaller suite holders will opt for the higher priced club options. Honestly, the amenities will probably be about the same
  9. Yeah. In beginning to think that way as well. Use the money that I’ve put aside for the new stadium and do a renovation on the house or buy myself a convertible for the summer. I’d get much more joy out of that than watching McDermott screw up our chances every year anyway.
  10. You will always have me buddy. You will always have me
  11. Well. I would say this part is correct. Until then we’re all just grasping for more information and all the bits and pieces we’ve heard and expect are just baseless. You don’t know for a fact that they won’t have some seating that’s similar or the same as you are now. Not until you get to the experience and see for yourself. Everyone will have the opportunity to stay in a similar seat or move to a different area once their time comes up. From everything I’ve gathered is that it’s based on seniority. The only difference is the club and quiet members get to pick club and suite seats first. After that I imagine all the other STHs will be based on seniority, maybe by section. End of the day though, seniority will win out. I took clubs thinking I’d get called before someone sitting in the lower bowl and upper decks, and it’s looks like I will get called first but only offered club seats at that point. And I’m not paying 30k, or even 10k for a PSL. My hardline is probably somewhere around the 5k range per PSL. And honestly, I don’t want to even spend that much. But anything 5k and under I’m going to make a decision at that point. But my issue is, even though I have over 13 years seniority I will now be moved to the very back because I’ve opted for clubs now but will likely not be taking clubs in the new stadium. Should have just kept my end zones seats. I was probably close to the top of seniority for my section. Crap happens. Life sucks. Get a helmet. I don’t know what else to say.
  12. Hey. Everyone knew the new stadium would be different and have different seating options. I get it, you’re pissed. So are many others. It is what it is. The Bills are taking advantage of those seats and making them clubs and super high priced. Maybe they prove themselves out of Buffalo. Maybe they don’t. Either way, they are moving forward with this plan for now. Regardless if the everyday j’mokes like you and me care or not.
  13. Except this is not the case. I just moved into the clubs last season. And I can vouch for the process. As a non club member you have the ability to buy into the clubs, but the relocation process once in the clubs is completely different than the rest of the stadium. It’s still based on seniority, but you are battling other club members first for relocation within the clubs before anyone outside of the clubs has access to move into the clubs. last year as I logged in to relocate into the clubs the option wasn’t even there for me to move there. I had to speak with my rep and at that point was told what was available at the time. I ended up with just about the worst club seats in the whole place. They are also the cheapest in the stadium. I was told that now that I’m in the clubs I will have a better shot at moving into more desired club seats moving forward.
  14. Following this. I’m sure it’ll be better also. But I’d like to hear about what is going to be better. For one, I’m almost positive there will be no outdoor concourses. Which should help Maybe the indoor clubs still do. Idk. But mine in the outdoor clubs do not. I could buy it extra. But not included
  15. Been saying this for years. The nfl. The bills. The town of OP. The county. The state. We make a fool of ourselves on national tv every single Sunday You explained that they don’t. You didn’t explain why it’s not an Option. All you did was state they are not meant for every day people. I’m simply stating that if they wanted to they could make it so that everyday people could afford them. Which would help their profitability in the long run if they did
  16. Yes I’m fully aware these clubs are not meant for most fans. They are meant for businesses. I’ve been saying that for years now. It’s why u says everyone in the new stadium will be stepping down a peg or 2 as far as seating in the new stadium. Because even club seats in the current stadium are reasonable to a career individual. Of course if you’re working at McDonald’s you likely can’t afford them. But if your someone who has a career emolloyment then you likely can if you wanted to. But in the new stadium the career professional isn’t likely to be able to afford those seats. But you better believe the law firm or the dr that employs him will have those seats. im not arguing what should be happening, in a perfect world we wouldn’t even have PSLs. I’m arguing what is. In fact. Happening. im just saying if a 20-30 year option was there, some of those people that would have no shot at them, might actually do it. Other stadiums have 30 year options. Pretty sure Dallas and NYC. There’s really no reason why it should be possible here. I currently have club seats and I’m almost positive I don’t get free parking included.
  17. No. He gave them the contact info for Legends. So they can milk their fan base for every cent they have. All doing it under a 3rd party, then the Bills have their BS apologies for how the 3rd party handled everything. Blah blah blah
  18. Yup. Even if they needed like 20% down or something like that. It’s no different how they do the tix now. You can pay monthly. You just don’t have access to tix during the season until they are paid for % down would fix that. Maybe demanding 5 years up front. Then you’d always be 5 years paid up early. could even give people an out to just pay for the pSL fees but pass off the tix sales to others if needed. This way you could still keep the rights to the seats but opt out for a year. Etc.
  19. Idk. The nfl has enough hype going for it that I don’t think that it will ever matter.
  20. I’m sure the business with their lawyers have found a way to figure it out. And I hate to say it but the businessmen of the NFL. The owners. The tv execs. None of them give 2 chits about that. They cater to people taking out loans to take their families to 1-2 games a year between the secondary prices of the tix. The hotels. The restaurants. The car rentals. Etc. Or they cater to the businesses that buy out the seats and host business parties or shmooze their clients at games so they can sell more houses, or have better banking options. Etc. They don’t give 2 F-“Ks about the teenager saving up to buy tickets and not spend another dime while inside the stadium. Honestly, they don’t care about almost any of it anyway. Because the tv contracts are what’s putting the majority of money into all their pockets anyway.
  21. I would say that even with interest, if they offered a 20 or 30 year PSL it would go over much better than it currently is. Fans would not worry so much about paying 1k a year for 30 years for a club seat. But when you demand all that money up front or within 10 years or less it becomes a much bigger nut for almost all “fans”. Of course the business/corporate side doesn’t care. They take their write offs asap.
  22. Yeah I get it. Personally I think a 50!yard line seat will likely be about that much. Anything inside the 30s will likely be pretty crazy. Outside the 20s will be where the majority of “Bills Mafia” buys their seats.
  23. Pretty sure the lower levels or upper decks have been announced at all. From the sounds of it, anyone that’s been to the experience will say when asked about the lower and upper levels they tell them that pricing is not available yet. Likely to get them to spring for the expensive clubs. but I wouldn’t doubt that lower level on the 50 you’d be paying north of $10k per PSL. Seems very likely
  24. Well. I didn’t think it was obvious. I have doubts about those numbers honestly. If you were talking resale I would believe it. Where did you say you got that info from again?
  25. That still doesn’t tell me of its posted ticket prices by the teams or secondary prices. And I think that the general assumptions by fans and STHs of how the sales will be done for the new stadium are just that. Assumptions. If @SoCal Deek is correct in that it feels like a timeshare experience, then the reps could very well be pressuring people right out of the gate to get them locked in asap and get some confirmations with payments. I generally think people’s assumptions are incorrect on the ticket options overall. I’m of the impression from my conversations with 3 different reps now. That suite and club members will have their options first in similar sections (other suites or clubs). If they however chose to downgrade and not chose club seats in the new stadium they will then be batched in with the remaining STHs based on seniority for the general admission for the stadium. I DO NOT believe they are batching in everyone by seniority specifically by section and making you chose something in a similar section. I believe after the clubs and suite members are done with their experiences, everyone else will be done by seniority for the remaining ticket holders. Giving everyone by seniority to chose which ever tickets they like at that point. But time will tell. We’re only a week into this process and there is still much to be revealed.
