    How about a different philosophy other than one built around journeymen and Bills retreads on 1 year contracts. Bills keep drafting high at D....and then have to bring in these vets for significant snaps.

    Last year, that wasn't saying much. Even so, Elam wasn't the best. He gave up a 70% of his targets for an opponent rating of 96. Jackson (with more targets) gave up far less at 59% and rating of 82
