  1. The quality of posts on this board has gone downhill
  2. I think the list is pretty fair overall though . Shows that the notion that Cousins is a top 10 QB may not be the most accurate one.
  3. You should have the rest of the family there so they can also say goodbye with you. What are you protecting them from?
  4. I'd like to see the BB confessional for each draft.
  5. Its interesting that you would say this. Who is now OC and former QB coach for the Jags? Nate Hackett. The same guy who lots of posters say can’t coach and develop a QB. Even blamed him for EJ being s train wreck Yet here we are seeing Bortles string together some decent games in playoffs.
  6. We can use Manziel. Just need to trade for Mike Evans . Then we can watch Johnny football run around like a chicken and lob up touchdowns .
  7. Why not add RG III to this list as well. Hes available
  8. Fergy is implying that lol. Also says that since he is in "D3" , could be another Freddy type .
  9. Thats because it was a multi-team (3 or more) tie breaker. Head to head is not used as criteria in that case
  10. Finally had a chance to watch the film. Does not look NFL ready at all. Looks more like a recreational league QB. Fergy is indeed the next ieatcrayonz
  11. Like a previous poster said, its going to be hard to take you seriously for a while after your Moral of the Saints Victory post
  12. Is this the next Dan LeFevour. I remember we had a sizeable thread on him years ago . Some folks going gaga over someone who never would sniff a regular NFL roster spot
  13. Don't teams have a playbook with at least hundreds of plays? Why would they need to add to that every week? Isn't the key to a good game selecting the right plays for the team being faced and executing?
  14. Was RGIII really good or was that just the fad that was read option QBing? I suspect its the latter. At the end of the day, you need someone who can stand in the pocket and read a defense. None of those things RG III ever did well
  15. Careful. Its not outside the realm of possibility that the Jags can beat the Pats. They can generate constant pressure on the QB without blitzing and have very very good corners. Also, the guy who coached the Giants teams that beat Brady and the Pats in the Superbowl twice is running the show for the Jags .
  16. Yup repeated impacts to the head from from heading the ball arent good
  17. You didnt prove that it wasnt a good stat. You just stated it isnt a good stat because Tyrod "throws balls over peoples heads all the time." Instead of offering up a sample of QBs that have high completion percentages in NFL but can't hit the broad side of a barn, you gave pure anecdotal evidence... If I take a look at QBs from 2017 with completion percentages under 60% and over 200 attempts, I see luminaries such as Tom Savage, Jacoby Brisset, Trevor Simian, CJ Beathard. Tells me that its a decent starting point for separating wheat from chaff.
  18. In general it is good indicator in NFL
  19. Yup. I recall that some folks were drooling over Matt Flynn and his six TD game against the scrub secondary of the Lions . We even had Flynn on our roster after he flamed out in Seattle / Oakland. It could be that Garoppolo is the real deal but I am also wary of flash in the pan performances and the fact that Belichick traded him away when he could have assured another decade of dominance...
  20. Lol. sounds like you have lots of experience with cheese.
  21. I was not a big fan of Marrone since Bills games were frustrating to watch under his regime. However, using number of wins as the sole criteria for evaluating the reign is ridiculous due to roster turnover. I would look at other things like player discipline , penalties, etc. Marrone at least had the Bills well prepared for game day compared to the wild west under Rex.
  22. So is he MORAL of the story of the Jags win that you can win with good WRs and a non franchise QB?
  23. If Peterman started and played in that game, he may very well have crushed the record for interceptions in a playoff game. Jags corners are pretty talented
  24. Well apparently Peterman did impress enough posters here =)
