  1. RT is by far the weakest link on offense
  2. TT led the bills to the 7th highest scoring offense. if Rex had led the defense to the 7th fewest points allowed..... the bills would have made the playoffs and this conversation would look a whole lot different.
  3. Jared Veldheer: CTE study triggered day off to think about future http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/08/02/jared-veldheer-cte-study-triggered-day-off-to-think-about-future/
  4. sammy says he wants to get paid big bux. in oder to maximize $$ he will do whatever it takes to become an UFA. it's likely the bills QB situation will still be unsettled. he will have offers from teams with a proven franchise QB. I think you will see Beanne & McD not spend big money at WR conclusion: Sammy is gone.
  5. TT has everything you want in a QB except accuracy......and that will be his downfall. TT is a stud....but we need better. just get the "better" QB in here BEFORE moving on from TT. a bird in the hand is worth three in the bush....or something like that.
  6. Roger Goodell: Football players live longer than non-football players “The average NFL player lives five years longer than you,” Goodell said. “So their lifespan is actually longer and healthier. And I think because of all the advancements, including the medical care, that number is going to even increase for them.” http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/08/01/roger-goodell-football-players-live-longer-than-non-football-players/
  7. was edelman wearing one of those bright colored QB don't hit me vests ?
  8. tweaked ?? i say he's fine.....it was hot and he didn't feel like practicing
  9. fix RT TT will play better than Alternate Pro Bowl level
  10. is there any player today who doesn't know hits to the head are bad ? if not, shame on NFLPA. therefore legally , aren't they subject to PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ?? also, many if not most, have it BEFORE they get to the NFL. the NFL combine tests for bad hearts....why not brains ? (while alive)
  11. time to start looking at the 2018 draft
  12. By the time you reach the NFL, it's too late. http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/after-latest-cte-study-how-much-longer-can-football-survive/ar-AAoPn99?li=BBmkt5R&ocid=spartanntp
  13. CTE was diagnosed in 177 former players, or nearly 90 percent of brains studied. Researchers still don't know how common it is in football or the general population. Some players with repeated concussions never develop it. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/20153831/report-finds-brain-disease-cte-almost-90-percent-football-players
  14. next year, as a free agent.....he will get $30mil/year
  15. Absent a contract before Monday at 4:00 p.m. ET, Cousins will be committed to the team for one more year at $23.94 million. Then, come February, an interesting situation will become even more compelling, with Washington faced with the options of signing him to a long-term deal, paying him $34.47 million under the franchise tag for 2018 (144% increase) , paying him $28.7 million under the transition tag for 2018, or letting him hit the open market. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/07/16/nothing-going-on-between-cousins-washington-on-eve-of-deadline/
  16. New England will win the division..... oh wait.....you said bold
  17. 9-7 with TT 3-13 without TT
  18. all the more sammy is gone. beanne and McD do not invest big $$ at the WR position.... and now it sure looks like sammy will do everything he can to get to free agency. what a shame....Sammy is a stud if/when healthy
  19. funny how there always seems to be an All Pro QB with great coaches & successful cultures.
  20. with TT @ 9-7 without TT @ 3-13

  22. Looking at the coming waves of quarterback deals http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/06/22/looking-at-the-coming-waves-of-quarterback-deals/
  23. 29) Sean McDermott, Buffalo Bills Granted, McDermott has never been a head coach. He's also taking over a franchise that underwent a front-office shift just months after he accepted the job. The Bills' new rookie GM, Brandon Beane, is a familiar face to McDermott, as the two worked together in Carolina. Worth noting here that McDermott's lack of experience as a head coach does not make him unqualified for the post. ... He just wrapped up eight straight seasons as a defensive coordinator (for the Eagles and Panthers), fielding a top-10 defense in half of them. Five of those teams made it to the postseason. http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap3000000816560/bill-belichick-tops-2017-nfl-head-coach-power-rankings
  24. good move for both parties. 2 years from now, he won't be in top 10 $$ paid
