  1. Daniel Wallach @WALLACHLEGAL The Fifth Circuit’s reversal rate was only 7.2% last year (and just 7.5% in 2015).
  2. in baseball....OBP is better than BA in football...Total QBR is better than Passer Rating
  3. TT ranked 8th this week in passer rating & total qbr
  4. The last time that Buffalo was alone in first place in the AFC East was after week 2 of the 2014 season, when the Bills were 2-0 and the rest of the division was 1-1. Before that, the last time was week 3 of 2011, and other than a few weeks during 2008 (the year Miami won the division and Matt Cassel started 15 games for New England), the only other times since 2001 were after the first two weeks of the 2003 season. http://www.footballperspective.com/look-who-is-alone-in-first-place-in-the-afc-east/
  5. shady targeting that extra $$ to use on next years kids birthday party ?
  6. McD has been scouting carolina for years....lol.....should know their weakness
  7. i'm no fan of dareus.....but was at the game not paying attention to him, so last night rewatched dareus isolated via game pass. he was NOT used as a "penetrating DT" in the entire first half......that's not his fault....that's coaching. and on most 3rd downs he was taken off field, so he wasn't able to make an "impact" sack or tackle for loss. he held his point of attack vs run, mostly lined up over center. he was chipped by a second blocker on a lot of plays. he did NOT have a "bad" game.
  8. fyi....I have not paid an "extra" ($2.99) currently, I get the hard copy paper delivered on weekends only subscription because "online" access" is included (free) and is actually much cheaper than getting online access "only" without the paper. I prefer online content, the actual paper never comes out of the plastic wrapper.
  9. Jerry Sullivan: Bills win, but don't read too deeply into it The Bills had defeated the hapless Jets on Sunday, 21-12. The Jets were supposed to be the worst team in the league and played like it Remember the Rex Ryan model? Sunday was a reasonable facsimile. Run the ball, play strong defense and special teams and ask Taylor to play a conservative, mistake-free game and run from trouble when he has to. http://buffalonews.com/2017/09/10/bills-win-still-lack-vital-resources/
  10. leading the division
  11. “I just got to watch the film,......” Gilmore said. translation: I was too far away from the play to get a good look
  12. this is about delaying the punishment until all possible appeals have been heard....just in the unlikely event zeke wins.....because you can't undo games missed
  13. first of all....the current discipline system was collectively bargained and agreed to by the current nflpa exec dir demaurice smith. now, after the fact.....he doesn't thinks its "fair" tough luck
  14. because , even bad football is better than any other sports good
  15. CBS calls an audible, sending Steve Tasker to Houston for Week One The Bills on Sunday are holding a halftime ceremony to honor players from the Comeback Game against the Houston Oilers in January 1993. Steve Tasker, who played that day, was scheduled to work at the Bills-Jets opener for CBS Sports and to emcee the halftime show. But Hurricane Harvey in Texas led to a change in plans. http://buffalonews.com/2017/09/08/cbs-calls-audible-sending-steve-tasker-houston-week-one/
  16. what triggers the incentives ? i say he doesn't reach them....just a big carrot on a stick to keep his attention
  17. on this play it looks like gilmore had underneath responsibility in the cover 2 zone coverage. he hesistated to check, expecting mccourty over the top. mostly mccourty fault still say Gilmore is very good....just not elite.
  18. As a Season Ticket Member you get exclusive access to NFL RedZone starting September 10th! You can access RedZone through the NFL Mobile app.
  19. steve tasker..... is the worst by far. tony dungy...brings nothing
  20. just like tom brady eventually lost....so will zeke
  21. the chances of a 5th, 6th or 7th round draft choice making the pats or steelers roster are very slim. turning those picks in for former 1st or 2nd round so called "bust" picks from a struggling team makes a lot of sense. those same players would not get to them on waivers.
  22. things will be better next year
  23. i was just about to check out the 53 man roster topic to see what we did......but i figure i'd save time and come here first....(sarcasm/laffin)
