  3. rex ryan.... oh yea, he's the guy who inherited a top 5 defense and turned into a bottom 5 in record time.... at least now he's doing what he does best....... being a BLOWHARD....a person who blusters and boasts in an unpleasant way

  6. when it comes to QB play......a bird in the hand (sure thing Cousins) is better than 3 in the bush (risk of draft choices ). Free Agent Cousins at $30 mil/yr is a no brainer. you still have all those draft picks to fill other holes. why package 2 firsts to move up and hope you hit on the guy ??.....then have little left to fill other needs.
  7. I say bills score 24 vs KC what will defense do ?

  14. The NFL's compensation committee has denied Jerry Jones' request that the league's owners be allowed a final vote of approval on commissioner Roger Goodell's contract extension, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. In the letter, Blank wrote that Jones was ignoring facts "to satisfy your personal agenda," . http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/21492410/nfl-compensation-committee-denies-jerry-jones-request-vote-roger-goodell-contract-extension
  15. yep....ducasse and mills are horrible
  16. Roger Goodell To Soon Sign Five-Year, $200M Extension. expected to be completed in December at the owners' meetings. Momentum to delay the deal has dissipated "meaningfully," in the estimation of one league source. https://football.realgm.com/wiretap/39590/Roger-Goodell-To-Soon-Sign-Five-Year-$200M-Extension
  17. the process = time needed to blow it up, get rid of all past dead weight and start from scratch

  20. Sources expect Roger Goodell deal to be completed in weeks leading to December owners meetings in Dallas http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/21467376/sources-expect-roger-goodell-deal-completed-coming-weeks-leading-owners-meeting-dallas
  21. Compensation Committee received a blank check in May So here’s the question that previously has gone unanswered: What authority did the full ownership delegate to the Compensation Committee in May? More specifically, did the resolution that authorized negotiation and finalization of the deal contain a range (most importantly a limit) regarding Goodell’s salary, bonuses, benefits, etc? The answer: The committee received full and complete authority, with no pre-set ceiling. The current problem for Jones is that he voted for the resolution, regardless of its breadth and ambiguity. Multiple sources have informed PFT that Jones actually spoke out in favor of the move before the unanimous vote. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2017/11/18/compensation-committee-received-a-blank-check-in-may/
