  1. 'Hold Harmless Clause' A statement in a legal contract stating that an individual or organization is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to the individual signing the contract. An individual may be asked to sign a hold harmless agreement when undertaking an activity that involves risk for which the enabling entity does not want to be legally or financially responsible. For example, a sports league may include a hold harmless clause in its contracts to prevent its players from suing if they are injured in the course of participating in a football game. In this example, the hold harmless clause would ask the participant to accept all risks associated with the activity, including the risks of injury or death.
  2. I believe for a bills fan it would be considered a mercy killing.
  3. Bills DE Williams clarifies 'kill' comment ''Just to clarify a choice of words I used: The phrase 'kill them' has never been said by Coach Pet or any of my coaches/teammates,'' Williams wrote. ''I said it as a figure of speech from my 'perspective' not literally or any actual intention.'' http://sports.yahoo.com/news/bills-deny-kill-part-pettines-165313316--nfl.html
  4. offensive line troubles ?? Mike Pettine's defense has manhandled the offensive line during the Buffalo Bills' mandatory minicamp this week in what one beat writer described as "all-out piranha mode." http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000212042/article/mario-williams-bills-philosophy-kill-em-or-hurt-em

  7. Tebow once sent $2000 to a Nigerian scammer, and actually received his $2.7 million inheritance
  8. In the post-bounty NFL, coaches and players aren’t supposed to talk about the incentive that exists even in the absence of envelopes full of cash. Bills defensive lineman Mario Williams violated that fairly new etiquette point in explaining the philosophy of defensive coordinator Mike Pettine, via Tim Graham of the Buffalo News: “He usually says ‘Kill ‘em or hurt ‘em.’ That’s what I always hear.” It proves our point that, even without bounties, players and coaches have every reason to want to knock other players out of games. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/13/bills-dust-off-nfls-nfls-dirty-little-secret/
  9. How much did the "spirituality" of Tim Tebow appeal to the New England Patriots before they decided to sign him this week? Patriots owner Robert Kraft mentioned the word three times in explaining to reporters why Tebow appealed so much to his franchise. http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2013-06-12/tim-tebow-new-england-patriots-quarterback-owner-robert-kraft-nfl-roster-brady

  11. The NFL has explained that seat cushions are prohibited because of the possibility that they will be used to conceal an explosive device.
  12. The NFL is now prohibiting purses and other similar bags from pro football stadiums. Fans will be encouraged to bring no bags of any kind to NFL stadiums. Starting with the 2013 preseason, only certain bags will be permitted. Specifically, the bags must be clear, and they must be made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC. The dimensions may not exceed 12 inches by six inches by 12 inches. Alternatively, fans may bring a one-gallon Ziploc (product placement!) freezer bag. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/13/league-alters-bag-policy-for-safety-convenience/

  16. I say Jairus wants $25 million GUARANTEED financially speaking, tagging him 3 times in a row on 1 year deals, adds up to $27 million. this gives the bills a chance to decide after each year if he fits in Pettines defense and or is worth Top 5 safety money.
  17. Bilicheck press conference "we are gonna do what is in the best interest of our football team. Tim is a talented football player. he is smart and works hard"
  18. He doesn't court the media. He doesn't say outlandish things. He doesn't complain about coaching decisions or teammates. He doesn't publicly beg for another chance. Even the quarterback's outward displays of faith (Tebowing, for instance) are nothing that dozens of other NFL players don't do each week after scoring a touchdown. Tebow is a good soldier, a young player who never said he was as good as his fans claim or publicly ripped into his critics. He, even during his star turn with the Denver Broncos in 2011, always claimed he was just looking to get better. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nfl--tim-tebow-s-reported-signing-with-patriots-puts-qb-in-perfect-position-000947936.html
