lots of ways to build a championship team, but the most important position by far is QB. i'm a big fan of TT but his long term status as our #1 QB is unsettled (for one year wonder questions, injury and most importantly his signability). we don't have a #2 on the roster, therefore taking a position player who will provide immediate help is short term thinking. EJ will never be a #1 or #2.....therefore keeping him as a #3 instead of grooming a potential #1 is also short term thinking. both rex and doug are in save their azz/job mode, thinking short term. hopefully some of that "refreshing" point of view the pegulas are bringing to the war room, that whaley mentioned, includes a QB very early in the draft (1st or 2nd round) and another one late in the draft.

paxton lynch would be the best possible long term option at #19. unfortunately we have short term thinkers making decisions.

but we are a happy miserable..... kinda like a dry heat.

bills are more likely to trade down than up.

be leary of alabama LB's they are protected by legfit NFL bound lineman. makes em look better than they really are.

and after we miss the playoffs this year..... regime change.... wash, rinse, repeat.

at #19... ..absolutely no one will be there who single handedly gives us 2 more wins. short term biggest impact would be OLB, followed by a NT & OT. long term biggest impact would be QB, that position is still not settled long term.

mario is a piece of chit for quitting on his teammates. Rex wasn't smart enough to utilize his players properly as he inherited an outstanding 4-3 defense. Rex is a one trick 3-4 pony, who probably won't be around next season to see the results of his dismantling that 2014 top 5 defense.

Miller was a disaster.....but played hurt. hopefully he will play well this season.

Mario is a stud DE he is not a LB if only we had coaches smart enough to know the difference. I predict he will have a career best 15 sacks for Miami. 3 of them against the bills.

love this for BOTH teams. Rams need to generate buzz with the new face of the franchise, sell sponsorships, suites and season tickets. the bounty of draft picks helps titans more than just the #1 pick.

hopefully with Cleveland we already snookered them with the Sammy deal. could you imagine the buzz if we picked the first qb off the board this forum would explode
