I've always defended McDermott. I can't on this one. Absolutely inexcusable to call three pass plays from inside the 5 yard line with that less than 45 seconds on the clock. Run it 3 times, punt it, and take it into O.T. is what he should have done. Bad coaching today.

Beane has done an excellent job in so many ways! Addressing the WR position is something has had NOT done a good job at. Handing out some questionable contracts did not give him the cap flexibility needed to address the WR position. We entered the season depending on Shakur to be our number 1 our 2nd round rookie and Mack Hollins to be our starters. Beane deserves the majority of blame for that.

Brandon Beane didn't fail us??? We will be rolling out Keon Coleman, Mack Hollins and MVS this week. Tell me with a straight face that Josh doesn't deserve better.

If we did a redraft, would we still have gotten Cook in the 2nd round? Assuming he would still be available I think the answer is a definite yes. If that’s true, why trade for a 2nd round pick. i think Cook has met expectations for a 2nd rounder and has been good as advertised this season.
