The only time I was in jail was to get my Sheriffs Card. For theyoungins, a Sheriff's Card was an ID proving you were 18 and old enough to drink. When you turned 18, go downtown to register to vote at the Board of Elections, register for the draft at Selective Service, and get a Sheriff's Card. Go into the front of the jail.
