Best or Worst (or whatever) SNL Music Performers
Wacka replied to SinceThe70s's topic in Off the Wall
Wasn't that song but they played a video that had someone in a baby mask in a large playpen sticking a fork in a toaster. Was altered then too. -

Remember seeing it live in an "altered " state. We went "did ne just stop the song?" -
Sponge candy, especially the orange chocolate kind.

But "we have to pass the bill to see what's in it" was perfectly fine with the Libs.

If I were the PM of India I would want to pick Musk's (Harry Bolz's) brain for everything I could. They have an emerging space program and Elon has figured out how to land and reuse boosters and grab the main rocket out of the air.

Glad to see this. Took the tour in the 80s when Ronnie was there. Contacted my Rep (think it was Henry Nowak then). Got passes to the Capitol, White House, and the FBI tour.

The HST could have been stationary. Maybe the pilot of the merchant ship was impaired or negligent. They have piots that guide them through and into canals and harbors. -
Is she still alive? She is Rosa DeLauro D-CT. She had just taken her seat when I left CT 30 years ago. She looked the same but just a little less wrinkly then. Her hair was dark then. Now the blue is to hide the gray and to honor the Huskies?

For the ignorant, cancer is basically a genetic disease. Whatever the cause-radiation,chemicals, random mutations, etc, it boils down to a change in the DNA that removes the controls on genes that control the unrestricted growth of cells. Each type of cancer is a separate disease. Roswell Park is having some success in tailoring the treatment to individuals. That research takes $.

This Saturday (2/15) will be be a year since my kidney transplant! Got the call last Valentines Day at noon. Got the transplant at 7:30 AM on 2/15. Was on the birthday of my late nephew after only being on the waiting list for a month. Was in the hospital and rehab for a little over a month. The only bad (painful) thing about the ordeal was the healing process as I had 35 staples and then had to wear a wound vac for a month after the incision had healed and they had to drain fluid from it (no infections). At first had weekly checkups, then monthly, and then every 2 months. On 2/20 I will be going for my one year checkup! After that it should be every 6 months. They and my nephrologist want me to get blood and urine tests monthly. At my last nephrologist visit (2/6) he was ecstatic about my lab test results. I will be posting future updates only if something changes for the worse or for big anniversaries of the date. I am feeling better than I have in years and am itching to be outside a lot once the weather changes. If you or a loved one has to go through the process, don't hesitate. It may change your life. Think about being a living donor.

I still remember 97 Rock playing this about 4 PM on Fridays about 35 years ago. -
Eugene Levy stole his brows.

Friend's father worked there. Friend had a pair of the silver boots and wore them to school once.

Give me the Bell jet packs (made NF!) from SB 1 or 2. Or the parade floats that looked like football players.
