I'm surprised at how bad the secondary looked. I guess they're not used to playing against a real QB. Maybe they should let he offense play with 12 or 13 men during practice to simulate actual game conditions.

So, it doesn't look like taking the TVs out of the weight room, doing more squats, practicing more with pads, adding knee braces to the OL or hiring 2 strength and conditioning coaches is doing very much to reduce injuries. I'm not criticizing. At least the Bills are trying something but what is the answer here? It's very frustrating.

He will definitely play one more year... as a designated pass rusher if nothing else. I think that it would've been tough to trade him though since he is probably only going to play one more year and only willing to go to a few teams. Who is going to trade a draft pick for a one year player at the end of his career? Is he really the guy that's going to put a team over the top? I suspect that the Bills tried and failed before they released him. He will be picked up as a free agent though... nothing to lose.

Always great to hear first hand training camp reports. I was never that worried about the DL. The Bills had 2 pretty decent linemen (Williams & Stroud), traded for another starter and then drafted two linemen in their top 3 picks. That has to translate into at least 3 solid payers.

It's #1 overall picks that they are talking about. Phillip Rivers was a #4 and Biscuit was a #2.
