  1. Look at the list of QBs drafted there and you'll see what I'm talking about. Maybe one out of a hundred turn out to be decent. BTW- Tryod's not in the HOF yet. He's had one above average season.
  2. Forget Cook. The chances of landing a good NFL QB in the fourth round or beyond are practically 0.
  3. Another miracle! Best player available AND at a position of need. Can't believe he was still there. Bills had a first round grade on him... Etc.
  4. I'd give Stanley the edge overall. Controlled him in pass protection but really couldn't move him much in the run game. I didn't see a lot of range from Lawson in pursuit however. He looks like a point of attach run defender. Honestly, the kid has some work to do if he's going to beat out Manny, if the Bills are fair about the competition.
  5. I really don't understand how Brady's defenders can make their case with a straight face. I know it's the american way to never admit that you ever did anything wrong but come on.
  6. It's a pretty damnng article actually. I think it's fairly accurate. Given their history of issues, the comparison with the Nixon whitehouse is really adept in my eyes. Thy don't need to cheat but the do it anyway because they see it as part of the game. It's like holding and not getting flagged. It is therefore legal.
  7. Translation = he will be coming to camp. Not how I remember it at all. The Bills drafted JP and anointed him as the new starter instead of letting Bledsoe and he compete for the job. That's what Bledsoe didn't like. I don't blame him, especially in retrospect when you see that JP stunk.
  8. Crazy deal for Norman. $50 million guaranteed? Lol. Imagine the kind of season he would need to justify that in everyone's mind. I think his chances of not being viewed a free agent bust are pretty low.
  9. If they trade up it had better be for a QB, otherwise it's bad draft management IMO.
  10. LOL. That's nice of him. What a guy.
  11. LOL. Good luck with that.
  12. Yeah. Stop the Bull****. Nothing to see here.
  13. The biggest issue is the difference between penalties called on Buffalo and their opponents, not total penalties which tend to reflect officiating trends. At -30, Rex had the worst total since Wade Phillips in 1999. So that's not good. And if you watched the games, you saw that many of the undisciplined ones really hurt.
  14. The usual response is that Smith should have had a gun too so that he could protect himself, old west style. And of course help make another gun sale...
  15. You mean better than Tyrod? I think not.
  16. Well, there was no team play involved in his good performances according to his agent. The team in undisciplined and inept apparently, except for Tyrod. I really don't see what his agent is trying to accomplish. I get why he would want a make deal now while Tyrod mania is at a fever pitch but the chances of getting a mega deal this year seem so low that it doesn't seem worth the blowback from his negative rants.
  17. I'm not sure TBD has decided who is the better QB
  18. 95%. Wow, Taylor keeps getting better and better as the off season moves on. He'll probably open next season as the MVP favorite in many poster's minds.
  19. Besides him leaving via FA, he could get injured or have a mediocre season both of which would reduce his trade value. There a lot of risks in playing it out. Why do you think his agent wants to make a deal so bad instead of waiting for him to hit FA? Right. Like Elway never makes a mistake. It's the same BS we hear about Belickick. Every move they make is a steal.
  20. Everyone has their price. Two #1s and it's done, IMO. But then I'm not quite sold yet on Taylor's greatness after one decent season.
  21. Holding out would probably not be a bad idea. I'd put TT's chances of making it through the season without a serious injury at 50-50, given his size and the amount he runs. That would obviously have a seriously negative impact his negotiating position. Also, right now people are pouring their visions into him and see him as the next Steve Young. It will be hard for him to play so well that he exceeds or even meets people's unrealistic expectations.
  22. Hogan is not an upgrade over Amendola. He will be lucky to do as well.
  23. The question is: Have the Bills gotten better or worse than last season? Tough to see how they've improved honestly.
