With Texans trading for Tyrod, could Watson be on his way to Chicago? Could Bills be part of trade package involving Mack? Could Beane be pulling off a Stefan Diggs type trade? Fingers crossed.
Yes. With the re-signings on defense and return of opt outs, the Bills draft can focus on defensive depth. IMO, getting Wallace back in the fold is crucial. Golladay would help cure the run game woes. Besides, Daboll doesn’t call many run plays. Build up the defensive line in draft early and often.
The more I think about it, the more I want the Bills to sign Kenny Golladay in FA. It’s a win-win situation for the Bills. It gives them another veteran presence for Josh Allen opposite Diggs. A “throw it up” option for Josh. Golladay is capable of being a “#1 option” if Diggs were injured. Another red zone threat. More of a physical/fight for the football presence than Smoke gave. Just thinking the Bills offense would be more explosive with him on team
Personally, the only player I’d want to add to the roster so far in the cuts is Kenny Golliday. Him, Diggs, Beasley, Davis would probably make the Bills offense more explosive than the Chiefs. The tight end position would be an afterthought.
Instead of trying to throw shade on Josh, he should of been asking himself more about his effort after returning from injury. To me, it was piss poor. If he truly wanted to be a part of team maybe he could of taken a pay cut or reworked an incentive laden contract. Personally, I think this was bush league.
