  1. My dad was never a football fan... his twin brother was a football player for his high school and died just before they were both supposed to graduate in 1953... so he couldn't watch football, too painful is my guess. We never watched any games at home. I only liked football when I started high school and by that time someone asked me what my favorite NFL team was and I knew it had to be a New York team and since my mother grew up in WNY, I chose the Bills.
  2. Numerous posters AND millions of other fans as well... what makes your standing higher than anyone else's here? Thanks for reminding me why I have to get the hell out of Ohio.
  3. I'm jealous... you got all of the 1970s... I only got part of them. 😁
  4. I'm just happy to see that the Bills coaching staff realized that Elam is better than what we had out there before to help Tre.
  5. Not concerned... the offensive line needs our help though!
  6. LOL Doing the math, it's been 36 years, so we're pretty close in age!
  7. Damn that Beane for not retaining a low round draft pick who starts for the Browns! DAMN HIM!!!!!
  8. Try over 30 years ago for some of us 😅
  9. That's not how it works though... there is no pile replay review process... last man with the ball wins, and Gay got the ball as it squirted out. Sucks but facts...
  10. It's a fumble recovery... no such thing as down by contact with a loose ball... last player under the pile with the ball wins.
  11. Nick Wright will ALWAYS try to justify this team's performance...
  12. Bonehead play? Hardly. Bonehead was Josh almost getting no points at the and of the first half by running the clock out. Both plays worked out, but that one was by far the more bonehead.
  13. The Bengals weren't a disaster last season, and we have Josh Allen, so......
  14. WRONG... Hines has had a lot of really nice returns on special teams. THAT counts.
  15. Our comeback record for any NFL game is under threat now.... this is NOT GOOD. 33 points would be the new record in any NFL game.
  16. What we di to Marino back in the day was amazing... just poured points on them and the man from Pitt couldn't even keep up. I'm hoping that Tua plays like Jay Schroeder today LMAO
  17. Before I moved here to Ohio, I felt sorry for Browns fans. After I moved here, I don't feel sorry for them at all... they are one of the most overrated fan bases in football... on Sundays they just don't rep their team like we do year after year.
  18. I have one better! LOL ANDY REID AT 13: https://www.nfl.com/videos/throwback-kansas-city-chiefs-head-coach-andy-reid-towers-over-punt-pass-a-266359
  19. We SHOULD, but the elements have a way of evening out talent disparity... out best chance is that Tua is forced to throw like he was in L.A.
  20. 24 hours to kickoff in what will be the second biggest game left in the regular season... My take: - Jeff Wilson, Jr. will be limited or a no go because a hip in the cold will be a problem - Waddle was the main target in the first matchup and will probably be again, so the #1 key to the game will be stopping him. - Conditions like tomorrow night will force Dorsey to call more running plays, and we are a far better running team than the pundits give us credit for because Dorsey doesn't stick to it. - The progress of Cook will be not as evident because Singletary seems to get better as the season goes on. Cook's lack of experience in these conditions will probably limit his touches unless we are blowing them out. - Josh must channel whatever he had going in the playoff game vs. the Cheatriots last season and unleash THAT Josh despite the lingering elbow issues. - We must stop the bleeding on injuries that have forced our team to scrap and claw for every single inch... can we get some good injury luck for a change????
  21. I just cannot see Zach Wilson's cap number being an obstacle if he keeps losing... I was thinking of someone they could price out decently instead of like a Rodgers, who would hinder them and would probably not be worth it.
  22. I wouldn't bet on it... Taylor Heinicke will be a FA and he's the kind of QB that the Jets could get for a value price AND McLaurin will talk to Garrett Wilson if the Commanders don't sign him back because Heinicke is not afraid to press the field and is pretty solid. There are options out there for them and if the team does not trust him at all, they would be insane to let his cap number get in the way... it's a rookie deal after all...
