He hasn't been healthy since he's been in a Bills uniform. He has needed the surgery for a couple of years now but tried to get by without.. Now he's had the surgery so might as well give him a shot to come back. He should have gotten the surgery last year. Regardless of his health I'm sure we will draft an OLB early next year.

That list is pretty sad.. Trent Dreadwards has to be worst than Trent Dilfer. I also agree missing are Rob Johnson & Todd Collins.

I saw the play live also.. Matthews is pretty small and not a very good blocker. If they would have had Tolbert in blocking on that play the sack would have never happened. I would say the sack was because of poor blocking by the RB vs a great play by Maybin.

I'm not a huge Palmer fan but in 2010 he had 4k yards passing, 61.8% completions with 26 TD's and 20 int's. That seems pretty good wouldn't you say?

According to Fox Sports we have a couple of pretty good TE's.. LOL Fox Sports - 8th (up 4 spots) The Bills are for real on both sides of the ball, as they showed in Sunday's 31-24 win over Philly. Defensively, they give up a lot of yards, but are opportunisitc in creating turnovers. Offensively, Ryan Fitzpatrick is the perfect QB to orchestrate Chan Gailey's offense, and RB Fred Jackson and WR Stevie Johnson are augmented by a couple of pretty good TEs.
