Too many defensive penalties give the Offense automaic 1st downs

I like the spot foul. Id keep it. What i want to change is the following: if it’s 3rd and 15 and the defense has an illegal contact penalty it shouldnt be an automatic 1st down. If the foul is a 5yd penalty and theres more than 5yds to go then its not an automatic 1st down. Same thing for defensive holding. I cant stand that.
