  1. How much creativity do you think 60yr old Rico has left in the tank? Maybe he was able to phone a friend this week and got some notes from Kubiak. I fully expect the same gameplan from the offense: if its a close game, 100% conservative. Heaven forbid we actually take a lead anywhere near the 3rd quarter: turtle power football here we come! All jokes aside. I dont expect any major change on offense or defense from these coaches. try and win time of possession. Dont turn the ball over. Score just enough to keep it close. Get a huge turnover on defense. Live to see another day.
  2. And Shady didnt have any dumpster fires this year? He totaled 26 rushes for a total of 30 yds and zero touchdowns through 2 games in week 2 and 3. Again, thats total. For 2 games. Basically 1yd per rush attempt over 2 entire games. And we still managed to win the Denver game.
  3. Considering Tyrod is ROASTED on here after every single loss (deserved or not) how can he not be the single player that deserves the most credit? Who was the single player on this roster, as constructed, that couldnt be replaced this season? Tyrod. There was nothing behind him on the roster. Nothing at all. Yes, losing shady is a kick in the nuts. However, like Tyrod, Shady had his worst season as a Bill. SHADY DIDNT SCORE AN OFFENSIVE TOUCHDOWN UNTIL WEEK 7 AND HAD 1 GAME WHERE HE RUSHED FOR 100 YARDS THROUGH 8 WEEKS OF THE SEASON. His very presence on the field however was a threat. But again, when he wasnt doing much at the beginning of the season, we were still winning. And when we lost no one blamed him. Why? Because he’s a RB and not the QB. Tyrod, like the argument goes when he loses, is the QB of the team and touches the ball on every play. So its the pinnacle of hypocricy to blast him when we lose, and ignore him when we win. In terms of units, everyone should say the Defense hands down carried this team most of the season (with the exception of a rough 2-3 week stretch where they got blasted). Within that defensive unit, hands down the secondary was the heart and soul all year. White, Poyer, Hyde, and Gaines. But IMO i cant say Hyde was any more valuable than Poyer or White or vice/versa. Thats my answer and Im sticking with it. Lol.
  4. Honestly, it really cant hurt. I see absolutely no negative and only positives as it pertains to free agent market exposure from Buffalo making the playoffs.
  5. I’m down for trading up for our guy regardless of who he ends up being and regardless of the position. If we feel Mayfield is our guy. USE THE PICKS. If we feel Roquon Smith is our guy. USE THE PICKS. Now, if we’re going to use those picks and give up our entire draft to get a QB we better fire Rico the following day. I want Rico nowhere near our new QB.
  6. Hahaha. I have never purchased a Bills jersey. Sweaters, hoodies, socks, shirts, gloves; but No jersey.
  7. Might have to order my Hyde jersey soon
  8. Every time this has to be posted. Why?
  9. I know. =( D. Thompson?? ?
  10. Tyrod is gonna have to play the type of game he did @ Seattle last year (thankfully the Jags dont have RW). Rico: shotgun, spread them out. You 3 step drop us vs Jax, we die. Jax D reminds me so much of the SEA D in their prime.
  11. Having been on the Bills this season and having intimate knowledge of the defensive calls/playbook and knowledge of the offense, how much of a factor will that giant tub of goo have on this game? 1 - none 10 - Huge impact
  12. I wanna see Rico draw up some more Turtle Power Ball! Hes so good at that.
  13. Lmao. They cant play at 55. Too hot. Our players are made of paper mache if they cant play in that temp.
  14. Rico thought he was ready. Blame him. Anything with the offense, the buck stops with Rico. Hes a dumpster fire without Kubiak holding his hand.
  15. The mistake to start Peterman, while certainly a mistake, is wildly overblown. The offense was pretty bad in the games leading up to that Chargers game. The team was looking for a spark. My spark wouldnt have been to bench TT. It wouldve been to fire castillo and Rico at the same time and call plays based off of a Madden simulation; cant do any worse than Rico’s in-game adjustments and playcalling thats for sure.
  16. 100% agree. We need to build both lines. The Oline is average and Incognito is already 35. We need at least 1 more OL, preferrably 2. The Dline isnt disruptive enough. We need 1 edge passer and 1 DT to take over for KW. Thats at least 3 starting players total. With all the picks we have it can be done. Also FA, though i expect McBeane to use FA to fill in depth/role players not obtain studs.
  17. Roquan Smith is that Keuchly type player. He could easily lead this defense for the next decade. I have a feeling we will be going heavy at DL and LB in draft. And we need it.
  18. I could see a team like the niners trading down from 9. They have their QB. Load up on picks to build the team/OL moving from low 20’s to 9 can be done.
  19. Turtle Power Ball.
  20. Baker is eh.
  21. Roquan Smith an ANIMAL mcBean. Get on the phone.
  22. I agree. Im sure McD would go gaga over his speed and instincts. To move into the top 10 would prob require our first and a second but we would still have KC’s first.
  23. If you can get a Luke Keuchly type player to lead your defense for the next 10yrs then yes. Is Smith that player?
