  1. he looked all-world vs. our pop warner defense..
  2. Dolphins Defense >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Bills.
  3. hey guys. glad to see we're all getting along as usual...woot!
  4. I believe it man. I believe it for sure. I don't care a hoot about the panthers, and it PAINS me watching a Cam press conference or his superman antics on the field.
  5. I seee it this way: 1. Bills win the coin toss - defer. 2. Houston first drive: 85 yds, 8 plays, TD; 7-0 3. Bills get ball - 3 and out. Punt. 4. Houston second drive: 65 yds, 5 plays, TD; 14-0 5. Bills get ball - drive 50yds or so, get FG; 14 - 3 6. Houston gets the ball - drive 80 yds, 4 plays, TD; 21-3 7. Bills get ball - INT or fumble; Houston goes 40yds or so after turnover in about 2 plays for TD; 28 - 3 Halftime. etc, etc., etc., etc. Final Score: Bills 13 Texans 55. Texans set Franchise record with 770yds total offense and not punting the entire game.
  6. sidenote: how much does Gatorade pay to have that little bottle strategically placed at the mic?
  7. lol..Cam struggles and the team sucks, not Cam. I wish we were that "understanding" with some players on this team...He's got a lot more talent on that offense than some of these other QB's around the league (Tannehill/Luck/RGIII). I also thought - according to people on this board - that when a team gets a "franchise QB" you instantly go 10-6/11-5 and earn a first-class ticket to the playoffs? ..love watching his impending downfall. The clown is more concerned about doing his superman celebration than he is about the results of the game. I wouldn't trade a 1st round pick for that mental case. 100x's more talented than VY and probably just as unstable. No thanks.
  8. 1. Defensive players as a whole 2. Defensive coordinator 3. Head Coach 4. Fitzpatrick 5. God Hates Buffalo (reference - DaGimp)
  9. stadium may need to be relocated as it is clearly on an indian burial ground.
  10. But I thought Cam Newton was going to be the saviour? 1-5
  11. Titans last drive to win the game: 2nd and 18, and our defender misses the open field tackle which allows the play go to an extra 12yds or so to make it 3rd and 1. Who was that? I forget, was it Wilson or Scott?
  12. The game finished after the INT? Didn't realize it was a pick-6. When QBs get drilled from his blindside, fumbles happen. It was a approx 3 seconds when he got sacked, it's not like he was holding onto the ball for 6 or 7 seconds.
  13. you'll see how bad it's going to get in 2 weeks when Houston has close to 1,000 yds total offense.
  14. your exactly right with textbook: if we are able to give CJ and Freddy a combined 40-50 total touches in the game, this offense will be putting up a lot of points. As an offense, that's EXACTLY what we want - they're our best offensive players. Nobody should be complaining that we dump it off to the RB's all day long - THAT'S WHAT WE WANT.
  15. To me the answer to your last statment is simple: on a message board, the simplest solution is to just replace the QB. It requires no critical thinking. Just replace Fitz and our pain will end. Why? Because instead of losing 35-34, the game will be over in teh 1st quarter and we'll lose 45 - 3. Pain is gone.
  16. Ya, I wouldn't really disagree with you with your above statement. My main concern is that turnovers are going to happen on the offense no matter who is the QB. Obviously you want to limit them, but they happen. The problem is that any kind of turnover on this team is pretty much an automatic 6 points by the opponent. Nobody here was ever saying that Fitz is great or a top shelf QB in this league. However, wasn't our defense supposed to be much improved? Maybe the best DL in the NFL??..Lmao. Horrid.
  17. You know what i'm referring to, don't be silly. Im referring to the SCHEME.
  18. Completely agree. the problem in these boards is that the defense's problems can't be resolved by simply saying: replace Mario. By replacing fitz, however, we'll magically be able to score 45 points a game.
  19. papazoid: that's the entire structure of our offense. we're not the ravens' offense, we're more like the Pats' offense, except we don't have Brady. If you don't like this kind of offense, you better get rid of Gailey
  20. 1. Where does our defense rank this season? 2. Where does our offense rank this season? I get it.
  21. Was that INT a pick 6? How many yds did the Titans have to go in order to get the lead? 10? 20? 30? 40? 50? 52 perhaps? I'm not sure how this football thing works. Is a Defense supposed to prevent the other team from scoring? Or do they just run around? Please explain - I'm confused.
  22. Newsflash: the Defense gave up the lead and 35 points, not Fitz. Fitz wasn't playing LB after the INT. Was the INT on the 20yd line? The 10yd line? Did the game end right there after the INT? Was it a pick 6? Did they not have to drive 52yds? Is it too much to ask a PRO Defense to not give up 35 points at home against a Titans offense led by Matt Hasselback? Newsflash: This defense is the worst in the NFL. Stop with the nonsense. Just like a 21-7 lead halfway through the 3rd quarter at home vs. the Pats wasn't good enough either.
  23. I simply don't agree with this mentality...ya, ANY kind of turnover sucks, but it's not an excuse to just roll over and !@#$ing die and give up the lead with 1 minute to go AT HOME. The INT didn't occur on the Bills 20 yd line. The titans, led by Joe Montanta, still had to drive more than 50yds to score.
  24. It's funny how history get rewritten on message boards. TD pass to Jones - 15 yds in the air. TD pass to Stevie - 27 yds (prob about 20 were in air) So ya, I'd say you did not see something. Next you'll say that the defense wasn't that bad either right? They made some really big plays against Tom Brady..i mean Matt Hasselback.
  25. Average defense/below average defense, lets say 20th or so, and pretty good chance we're 5-2 right now (and in first place). Like another poster said, Fitz with a bad defense is a losing combination since Fitz isn't good enough to make up the difference. Fitz with a good defense and you'd have a good shot to win pretty much every single week. But, since replacing/changing the defense is too difficult a task, fans simply focus most of their anger on Fitz - it becomes the easiest target. There's no doubt in my mind that if we run the ball on 3rd down and punt it away, the Titans drive the entire length of the field and score anyway. No doubt in my mind...why? Because it's almost impossible for the Bills to make a simple stop on 3 downs, and down right impossible for them to do so when a team goes for it on 4th as well. If I were an opposing team, every drive would be a 4 down drive..teams would get 10yds vs this sad group in 4 attempts 95% of the time.
