This is actually a thread I promise! I think the incoming coach needs to Keep TT. In free Agency we need a safety because a rookie safety has too big of a learning curve to start and be effective IMO. Grab a stud WR (M Williams a pipe dream to drop to 10) in Rd1 and a starting RT draft/Free Agency. Now the defense completely different story. I personally let Gilmore walk. His contract will be a ridiculous overpay. We need a S another CB and a DE. So to summarize. We have a better chance of seeing God?

For the Bills to realistically make the playoffs GO.

Completely get rid of all free agents and just cut the fat. This team is going nowhere as presently constructed. The culture of losers has to be swept away completely. I'd also like to see the entire scouting department fired. How many drafts in a row are you going to miss on the majority of your picks and expect to be successful. If you wanna build through the draft fine but much more often than not they whiff badly. I think our success on the field over the last 10 years shows it. They flat out suck.

I have put in just as much time the last 27 years as most of you. More than some. When the season is lost by week 15 even earlier most years I protest by not watching remaining games. Doesn't mean I am renouncing my fandom. Rob Ryan has come in and helped Rex shore up the defensive communication problems. He is a quality coach and I can't understand why he was fired in New Orleans. He is an asset to this Coaching staff. Russ Brandon

When do we think that will be? For almost 2 decades this franchise has just been Garbage. Everyone on this site and the fan base deserve so much better. IMO Russ Brandon should never be allowed near any football decision
