If we use our draft capital to get him we use cap money to surround him with talent. Need great defensive tackles and a linebacker or two. If Glenn is healthy the line could be set. Nice run game. If jones can play better that go a long way for a rookie qb.

yup. colts take qb at 3 and trade luck to the jets for the 6 pick and second rounder and next years first. colts could get loaded real quick and jets nothing to surround luck with.

well he's probably not falling to us anyways. But I'd want the guy who wants to make the most money possible. Success at his position will equal money. Money is influence and he can help all the people he wants with it.

a great draft similar to last years obviously will be the key to this years success. we had 2 of the 3 picks in the draft last year play at a very high level. and if zay can bounce off a rough rookie year those 3 will be huge next years. They saw our secondary as a huge problem last year and literally changed out everyone. I'm 100 percent sure they saw the d line as a problem and will address it as well. If they can get 2 legit d tackles and at least 1 lb we should see the defense improve greatly. Now the qb is a different animal all together. A lot of things have to go right for us to get better next year.

I'd like to know how you know "a larger portion" of them do this for selfish reasons? That is simply untrue. You also can't prove it. You would come out and say they were punks if they didn't do any charity work. I'd say most of these guys were helped along the way with similar programs.

except those guys do go out in the community and help kids and others. michael bennett was building houses in haiti in the off season. they are all football during the season but it's a long off season and getting in the community is a great thing. it's such a bs claim to just say...they do it for the write off. you cannot say that for every athlete that does charity work.

It's funny. He sounds like a good person trying to do good things. That's what we should want as our qb. Not a guy who has all sorts of character concerns. Nobody is a robot.
