  1. That's perfectly logical. I would be the same way. Tom is their guy. What would have made their heads explode is if he hadn't left the division. Imagine being a Patriots fan and having to face a Brady-led Jets team twice a year. They got the best of it. He leaves the conference which allows them to still root for him. They have no reason to want to see a division rival do well.
  2. I also believe that we as hopeful football fans want to see the king toppled. This kid is too good, that team is too good and that organization is too good. If they can't be felled, then our (all other AFC fan bases) collective hopes for a superbowl diminish.
  3. Yep. The team is fun. There isn't a primadona on it. They come across as genuine. They interview humbly and modestly. And they kicked the snot out of NE on MNF. And every fan base outside of NE wants to do that.
  4. Yeah. CEH will be back next week. Really surprised he didn’t play today
  5. Gronk said today that he has played 10 years in the league and he has been to the playoffs ten years.
  6. Besides QB1 and CB2, anyone remember any other injuries to the Chiefs?
  7. Who could have predicted this? The NFL has been turned upside down.
  8. Pretty clear you have to score on every possession to beat the Chiefs.
  9. NFL network reported donations are north of 150k already.
  10. New Orleans would be THE perfect fit. He could probably keep his home in Houston and commute. Its like 350 miles between cities.
  11. Chatting with my brother this AM I said I’m caught betwixt and between. If Cleveland knocks off the Chiefs, that makes them a dangerous team. Playing at home would be nice. But they won’t be as one dimensional as Baltimore. On the other hand I would like the Buffalo 🦬 Bills to be the one who knocks off the king. I’m going to sit back and not worry.
  12. Agreed. Dion had the best view of the play as Judon blew by him. Good on him to atone.
  13. I just saw Matt Hasselback talk about the Allen-Diggs TD. Josh threw it before he had the laces. Matt says some QBs won’t/can’t do that. Seeing the play, it was definitely a wobbly throw. He just zipped it over there. The game within the game. So good.
