I never mentions DJ, in fact I mentioned over a decade which would include several coaches. Wasn't a statement towards any specific coach, but the entire organization. I realize less teams make it in football, but it is still about 40% of the teams make the playoffs, and the Bills haven't for 10 years now. Without doing some type of scientific study, the Sabres make it on average at least every other year and have won the division a few times in the last 4 or 5 years, where the Bills last division was what? 17-18 years ago?

Just how far off are the Bills from being a playoff contender? Answer: About as far as a team can get, and in the process of getting even farther away from being a contender, when you consider the positive moves the rest of the division is making and the lack of significant (none) moves the Bills have made.

Just think, the Sabres have been in more playoff games Today! not to mention won more playoff games Today! than the Bills have in over a decade? At least there is hope for one team in this great city.

They are almost clones, both with their declining career, dumbass mentality and poor attitude. You just trade the off the field troubles for a guy who can't stay out of McDonald's or Burger King. One is just as bad as the other, although, if both were to wake up and smell the coffee and get their crap together, in a perfect world, Lynch would be a much better back.

The sad thing is, is that they are still quite a better football team then the Bills are. They have two "half butt QBs" who are both better than anything that we have on our roster.

You are 1,000,000% correct! Sadly, on this board some people frown if you state your opinion, even if blatantly obvious, and think you aren't a Bills fan. I have been a die hard Bills fan for over 35 years, and route for them as much as any single person on this site, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be upset and frustrated with the teams lack of winning and even more so lack of effort to make the team a winner. A couple ways they have gotten worse from last year already: 1. We no longer have the #1 and #3 receivers from last year, they weren't great but leaves us with one experienced WR. 2. The fact that the Bills are content with Brohm possibly being the QB would worsen any team. 3. Don't know if the best player on the defense (Schobel) will even play this year. 4. We have no offensive line, not sure when Bad Santa is going to play, if at all. 5. Lynch is out the door, so we basically have one experienced RB and he isn't able to punch it in at the goaline. If you would like I can keep going, but the point is made and quite obvious. Although we are all Bills fans on this board, certain posters like yourself remind me of the Monkeys song "Daydream Believer."

Might as well, it seems that the great management team that Ralphie brought in to make us a winner went home long ago. Either that or they are in hibernation. The Bills will have last place clinched half way through the season, and yes it will be 0-6 in the division for a second time in three years. We are now the odds on favorite to get the first overall pick in 2011.

You are never going to get a 2nd round pick for Lynch. With his crappy attitude and being one boneheaded Lynch move away from being suspended for a year, never going to happen. My guess is they will get a 4th or 5th for him or maybe just plain cut him.

Not saying I wanted Marshall in Buffalo, but every other day it seems that one of the AFC East teams makes a big move to get better, while all we do is sign practice squad players that nobody else wants on their roster and will probably never amount to anything. Every time one of these other East teams makes a move like this, it just buries us further into last place, and not by any small margin either. They even mentioned something to that effect on Mike & Mike this morning, that the Bills are obviously the only team in the division not even trying to get better. That the organization is trying to convince themselves that Brian Brohm is a realistic option at QB, when the whole world knows he isn't. We are going to be real contenders for the first overall pick in 2011, but then again maybe that is the whole goal for the Buffalo Bills and this new regime in 2010. Doesn't make it much fun for the best fanbase in the NFL though.

No you stop with the Ralph is the greatest owner in the NFL and the Bills are the greatest team in the NFL, they do everything right. You are so full of it. Just saw McNabb on TV, he wanted to go to Washington because Shanahan was there, if Ralph would have coughed up enough, they both might be here. I am as much if not more of a Bills fan than you are guaranteed, but I am also a realist not a frickin dreamer who lives with rose colored glasses in Ralphy Land. And oh yea, it was your dream that the Bills have actually been competitive over the past decade, because in real like, they haven't been close. Get off your dreamy white horse and come down to earth with the rest of us. Maybe if he would pay for real coaches and real front office personnel, they wouldn't be blowing millions on bad signings and draft picks.

If I am not mistaken, Fitz is making quite a bit more than any of them, so with this team he will probably be the first to go, just for that reason $$$$$$. We might have the worst quarterback trio in NFL history, but Edwards is clearly the best of the bunch and it isn't close, but is sad. Tells you the state of this franchise right now. Not sure we could compete if we moved to the CFL.

Because he isn't making much and if they cut him they will have to find another body that will cost a few more bucks. Other than that, they are making no effort to win this season so why not keep him around to be a cheerleader on the sideline.

One of the most accurate posts on here in awhile, with the only item of question is that they did supposedly try to trade for McNabb, although the offer might have been a slap in a future Hall of Famer's face. Only on this board do you hear that they refused the Bills offer because he wanted to play for a division rival to get even with the Eagles, that is fricking retarded. He wanted to play for a winner or at least a team that had an owner willing to spend to be a winner. This new front office hasn't done anything more impressive than the last few regimes have, so maybe it is the owner and his tight wallet. Brohm has been and should be a career practice squad QB and nothing more. The Jets have the most talent in the division after their off season moves, but the roster they are assembling has as good of a chance of exploding into a mess as it does in gelling together and winning games.

Let me correct your post, the really only stupid Bills fans would be one who would want Marc Bulger. He has won what, 4 or 5 games his last 3 seasons? Sure it wasn't all he fault, but he didn't help himself, he has been terrible. The biggest mistake Mike Martz ever made was dumping Kurt Warner for that clown. And as far as Campbell, like you said it he isn't a winner, and he has had more talent in D.C. than we have had in Buffalo, but we have won just as many games if not more. What we have at QB isn't much, but it is as good if not better than either of these guys. The only move for Gailey to make is to draft a top QB if possible and groom him into his offense. You really should look in the mirror and read your post before you call anyone else stupid?
