  1. Way to early to tell. They really haven't done anything impressive or anything that is blatantly dumb, just journeyman moves so far. With the shape this organization is in, and I am not one who was happy with the hirings, but you have to give them at least a couple years to see how a few drafts and free agent signings pan out. This survey is kinda like grading a car you bought before you take it off of the dealer's lot.
  2. So I guess Bruce Smith wouldn't qualify either, his first year or two he wasn't anything special, overweight and even got a suspension.
  3. So you are one of those fans that appreciate the Bills' dumpster diving for players? Bolger? Wow!
  4. I am more happy that McNabb in is DC because it greatly enhances the chance that one of the two QBs might be available to us in the draft. I would rather have Losman back than Campbell, and I don't want Losman by any stretch of the imagination.
  5. If they give up anything for Campbell they need to be fired before they get started. He is terrible. The only good run the Skins have had since he has been there was when he was hurt and Todd Collins outplayed him by a mile. He is no better than anything already have.
  6. I didn't see anything that specified they were talking about their rookie year only, otherwise, Jairus Byrd would be it since he led the league in INTs. I was refering to over the course of their career.
  7. He probably is still better than any healthy lineman we have.
  8. His best days are in the rear view mirror, but he is still better than anything we currently have.
  9. Eric Moulds was probably the last impact player drafted #1 and that is pushing it, otherwise Bruce Smith-wow and that was 25 years ago, so sad! Erik Flower, Mike Williams and McGahee impacted the franchise, but not in a good way.
  10. That is absolutely correct, just confirms all of the posts on here that Buddy and Chan have turned this franchise around and are doing a spectacular job! That signing had to come from below the dumpster water didn't it?
  11. Just another Asshat putting a retarded post on TDB.
  12. I agree they are dumb but so is this post.
  13. Let's all hope the Bills are getting in on the April Fools jokes too on this signing.
  14. Whether you like the guy or not, ur an ass, with crap tumbling out of it.
  15. You are correct, Edwards does belong on a bench, on a team that has capable NFL quarterbacks, which the Bills don't, so in this case he is the best they have-by several country miles too, not even close. Fitz is a #3 at best and not sure Brohm should even be allowed to touch a football.
  16. Be ready for your post to be deleted any minute now. It isn't a democratic board around here.
  17. If he did speak negatively about them, well just put him in with anyone else who has ever shouted "Go Bills" on a sunday afternoon. If he doesn't answer a question, people will criticize him and if he does he will get criticized. Everything he said appears to be pretty accurate, and you want all your players to be confident.
  18. In a situation like there is in Buffalo where it is a three-way competition, if all three of them aren't confident they are going to win the job, then they shouldn't even be there. That is the exact attitude you want from any player, not just QB. Seeing how he is hands down the best QB on the roster currently (that might not be saying much), he should be confident. Who knows, maybe if Gailey is this miracle worker with QBs that alot of people on this board claim he is, maybe they shouldn't give up on Edwards.
  19. Not surprising considering they both are terrible at thier positions. Hangartner was lost in Buffalo last year, had trouble getting the ball to the QB and unless you compare him to Peters, he was a penalty machine. Peters just plain is overrated and overpaid, just like he was the last year in Buffalo.
  20. Let's all hope he isn't being over optimistic, because he showed alot of promise before he suffered that nasty injury. I personally am still a little suspect that he could be back so soon, but lets hope so. If he isn't 100 percent, it might be better to PUP him for a little while, rather than take a chance.
  21. Cut and pasted from Rotoworld: Eagles LT Jason Peters graded as the worst at his position in 2009, according to Football Outsiders. It's a crime that Peters made the Pro Bowl in his first season with the Birds after signing a six-year, $60.657 million contract. He led the team in penalties with 11, allowed seven sacks and gave up four hurries. The Eagles sorely need Peters to improve his pass blocking no matter who is under center. Not sure how so many people on TBD still complain that the Bills got rid of this overrated tackle. His last year in Buffalo he led the league in sacks given up, and by no small margin either. Not worth half of the money he wanted from us or got from Philly.
  22. Very well said actually. Anyone who lives in reality, has the right to be and should be skeptical after going through the past decade of disgust. You can only carry that blind faith for so long before you get tired of having it thrown back in your face. I am as big of a Bills fan as ever, but I reserve the right to let them actually show me that things are going to change before I buy into it for now. Tired of getting my hopes shot down, I am at the point with this ownership and franchise that if they ever do win again, I would rather wait and be pleasantly surprised than spend another decade being disappointed.
  23. No such thing, unless two teams share the same pick. Any trade is either up or down, so YOU pay attention!
  24. As a life long Bills fan, I can admit over the course of the last 50 years, the Raider's have much more or a storied history. We have one good decade pretty much and they have one bad decade? Not even close.
  25. If we don't trade up or trade down then stand pat ?????????????? Are there any other options other than to trade up, trade down or stand pat?
