  1. A bootleg to the right with the tight end releaseing into the flat, with Evans clearing out deep, would have picked up 15 or so yards. It was evident on the first two plays when they came out in the two wr, two te look on 1st and 2nd down. The defense keyed on the run and knew where it was going. Hey remember Quinn's two naked boots during the game? Both of those went for 10+ yards I think...
  2. With our Schedule, I was thinking playoffs hands down. The Brady went out and I thought we could win the Division. Now I think we can draft just outsdie the top 10, the szme place we have been uder Jauron every year. We need a new coach more than Sarah jessica Parker needs a new face.
  3. Our D has been great, except no pass rush. We have been in every game, maybe not arizona, even with our terrible turnover ratio. If we can get some pressure from the DE's we will see this D perform. Th problem is our O.
  4. I am confused as to why everyone believes Vick is a "proven winner" 2006: Vick starts all 16 games - Falcons finsih 7-9 2005: Vick starts 15 games - Falcons finsih 8-7 in Vicks starts 2004: Vick starts 15 games - Falcons finsih 11-4 in Vicks starts 1-1 in the PLayoffs 2003: Vick starts 4 games - Falcons finsih 3-1 in Vicks starts 2002: Vick starts 15 games - Falcons finsih 8-6-1 in Vicks starts - 1-1 in the playoffs. 2001: Vick starts 2 games - Falcons finsih 1-1 in Vicks Rookie Starts Total Record: 40-30-1 for a .571 winning percentage. Vick lead teams have made the playoffs twice in 5 seasons, not counting his rookie year. That being said, I wouldn't mind a playmaker being on our roster, I just dont want him to be our starting QB.
  5. I hope you paid your fortune teller off, because even though the records are much different, over the past month, the Chiefs have been playing mcuh better football than the Bills. At home, I have little hope for the Bills under "No Balls" Dick
  6. what about the non-winners no need to belong to one town. Not too harsh as to be the Losers, but the non-winners would at least be associated with no single city. No check that, we should follow the Patriots lead and not associate ourselves with one city but an entire region. The Norther Hemisphere Bills.... I love it.
  7. Well, Aside from them coaching less than half the amount of games as Dick has at that point in their career, they probly showed promise, and potential. I would bet that they improved their teams. New coaches rarely get to take over a good team from day one. Those coaches, in less than three years, built good teams. Dick, hasn't improved crap over his three years. Not to mention we all knew his track record BEFORE he got here. This is his third chances to succed. those guys largely got it right the first time. Also, Dick has no Balls
  8. What about our hatred for the Fish? I want them to go 19-0 to spit the Pats, and Dolphins, and that Damned Mercury Morris who is so damned cocky about being on a team that was good. He wasn't even the featured back. He needs to be put in his place. GO BILLS/titans
  9. We also haven't made the playoffs since we let go of Sam Gash.... For the record... I was going to pay the $20 for Al Ross Sports to put a Barnes name plate over Milloy on my 36 Jersey after that one catch/hurdle/run he had. Has our new FB even played yet? I would also like to start a motion for Freddy Jackson to start at FB after his pancake vrs the Chargers
  10. A serious knee injury might be what we need to keep Greer on the team. Missing the last half of the year and a knee injury will kill his value. Sign him for the right price while we can, and let him take his time rehabing. That may allow us to lose McGee the following year, and save some of Ralphs 401k. Agree 100% about McKelvin/Corner. I was very down on McKelvin this year, but his play last night made me think he can be close to lock down. That kick return TD may be the turning point in his season, as after that he was pretty great in coverage. The only time I even remeber him being tested was on his dropped pick. Corner has been very solid all year, and played a lot better than a 4th rounder. Youboty can still start in this league as well. We may have a very good, young group of corners on our hands.
  11. Goodell will ruin the Bills jsut like he is ruining the NFL. All this pansy play and penalties. In 10 years the Bills will be gone and noone will watch the NFL anymore because it will be more like soccer than football. That is Goodell's dream
  12. Hang in there Bills fans... Ralph has almost kicked the bucket, and there is a chance we will stay in Buffalo AND win some games! However, while we are mathmatically still in the hunt, the reality of it is we just are not good enough to win those games. Other teams are getting better and better, ala our division opponenets and KC, while other teams get worse, that list includes us. Yea we could turn it around, but what makes you think we will? Our coaches have shown nothing over their tenure to make us believe we can adjust and win the games we would need too. If we lose jsut 2 games we are out. It is a lot safer to assume we can lose two, rather than win 5. Use your statistical reasoning to give yourself hope, but realistically we are out.
  13. He comes right out and says it. Ralph gives the Bills no chance to win, and we need to be patient and wait for him to die so someone else can run the team. He comes right out and says that Butler didnt want to work here, prob cause Ralph didnt want to do what it takes to win. That is the reason he continually defends Donahue. He claims Ralph never game Donahue a chance to win... I actually believe him. Ralph must go.
  14. Its too hard to pick who to keep. Who should we get rid of... Kelsay- No production, we might as well play with 10 on the field. His paycheck is crazy too. Schobel- See Kelsay. At least he has been injured this year, which i accept as an excuse. But when he was in, no production, including last year. Lets say keep him but make him restructure. Ellison- Im sorry but far below average does not qualify for a starting spot on a team that is going to make the playoffs. He did have a nice highlight of getting run over last night though. Backup, maybe, starter, F no. Center- Whoever plays it, cut them. Dockery- Played better last night from what I saw, but has been terrible this year. If he plays bettter, I can take it, but if he plays like he has recently, we dont need him. Anyone can routinely get beat. Cut his pay either way. Royal- Our supposed "blocking tight end" was taken out of the game on running plays, only to be put in on pass plays. Both Fine and Schouman are better pass catchers, and apparently better blockers. A tight end whos best talents are dropping passes and fumbling deserves only a pink slip. McCargo- No explanation needed. Copeland Byran- See McCargo Whittle- See Copeland Bryan There are more but I am too angry about the fact I could name that many to begin with.
  15. when there is a hole, you want to hit it fast. when there is not, the back needs patience to see if a lane opens up. Our line a lot more times than not does not create a whole. This is why you never see lynch diving head first into the backs of our line like Jackson does. Jackson had two big runs yesterday through two big holes. Lynch could have done the same or more with those holes, as he routinely does more with less
  16. He was double covered/open most of the game. He cant call his own number or thrown himself the ball...
  17. Lynch>Jackson If you did not see that last night, then i weep for you for you never will...
  18. Dick most certainly is the problem. He is the head coach, when the game is on the line it is his DUTY to make sure we run some plays that put us in position to win, not lose. He has not made adjustments. He has not done sh*t. He is partially responsible for his assistants being hired, and their schemes. Fire Dick and get a coach with Balls
  19. Dick- At the end of the game you put the pressure on your footballs players. Kickers, while wearing a football uniform, are not football players. You put the pressure on your O to get into range where there is no pressure. That includes the possibilty to trust your qb to make a 5 yard pass. We have a DICK, but no NUTS.
  20. Consider yourselves lucky to have watched some of those teams. Being born in '87, I cant really remeber any of the Superbowl teams actually playing in the Superbowl. The only Bills team I have ever seen, is the one that has suffered for the last 10 years. My good friend said at the game last night "Lets be honest, we aren't Bills fans because they win....." If that doesn't say it all, I dont know what does.
  21. The Bills really are so close to being good too. We need a center and a DE in the draft, but our roster is getting so much better. IF Trent can play even half as good as he did in the beginning of the year, this team would be right in it. The problem is we need a coach with some balls, who wont settle for a 47 yard fieldgoal to win a game. When you play not to lose, rather than play to win.... you will always lose
  22. I wanted a nice little play action pass. Didn't use many last night, and it would have been o so easy to get a little dump off to fine for another set of downs and an easy win.... to bad DICK has no BALLS
  23. Its was on Monday Night Football...vrs the Cowboys
  24. lets take this one step at a time. You cant expect the Bills coaching staff to fix the Run AND passing game at the same time...can you?
  25. Center and Pass Rush. Mitchell is a greaet pass rushing LB, but he never blitzes... a good pass rushing LB is worthless if you never send him on a blitz. Draft a DE and trade up for a top center ala Poz
