It sounds like Tenn did a really poor job following protocols just based off what I have read and heard. They deserve to have heavy fines out on them as an organization and individuals. It should happen sooner than later to, this will send a clear message to everyone in the league.

Didn’t McDermott always make Tannehill look silly in Miami? I expect the D will be tested with the run. If the Titans think this is the same Josh and offense they saw last year they are in for a rude awakening. I really do think the Bills will crush Tenn.

I think going on Interviews is a pretty big sign you want a HC job. Yes. Also why do people think Josh is going to suddenly revert back to 2018 Josh? Josh had to learn to read defenses, had to learn to throw to spots, adjust to the speed of the NFL, trust his receivers and his line. Daboll is calling some great plays because Josh has developed and Daboll has the players finally, Josh is executing them. It appears as though some people believe that Josh doesn’t contain the ability to retain information and skills he has developed the first three years in the league. I’d say Josh has constantly been developing since he left high school. Josh is very coachable. McDermott and Beane will find a good replacement when the time comes for the OC.

The sooner some of us come to terms with Daboll leaving for a HC the better it will be. I just don’t see why he wouldn’t. Now not getting offered the job is something else.

I really hope our DL can make Lewan look as terrible as he did last year. Big talking guy who likes to be aggressive after the whistle.

I agree on drafting Milano’s replacement. You might be onto something with going early for the replacement. We are seeing how important the position is to McD’s D.

Edmunds looked like he was starting to come around yesterday. Hopefully a sign he is getting healthy. Milano really is the best LB right now on this team when healthy.

This. Literally every receiver we have is as good or better than Zay on his best day. We still haven’t seen Hodgens yet.

Ah 1 season, every other one he has been the QB on a below .500 Team. we have seen our share of Carr’s as Bills fans. Glad we have Allen.

Carr has talent and can read defenses, but I don’t trust him when the game is on the line. Doesn’t give me the impression he has the same poise Allen has.

Correct. Look everyone, I love what Daboll is doing and how he has developed Josh. Let’s also think of it like this, Josh isn’t going to go back to the player he was when he entered the league. McDermott will find a good Cord. If the Bills offense keeps playing as well as it is, something we all want, brace yourself for Daboll leaving. It’s gonna happen. As for the Jets job, who wouldn’t want to go coach there? It can only get better!
