Were there ever years you were disinterested in the Bills?
Gregg replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/predicting-the-2025-26-nfl-calendar-year/ar-AA1IpyEG Predicting the upcoming season. I hope this comes true. 1. Has the Bills winning the Super Bowl. 2. Brady becomes the HC of the Saints next year. 3. Tua goes to the Jets. LOL. Mr. I can't play in the cold going to MetLife in the northeast. Good luck with that. -
If you want to be with older people 24 / 7 - then that is your place. No young people. No sounds of kids laughing / playing. The area seems to close down by 700pm. Very clique-y. Very little diversity - if at all. This time of the year - hot and steamy. Golf courses are marginally maintained (except for the tournament courses). And when the snow birds come - all he## breaks loose.

Don't forget Hot Shots movies, those were funny too in that genre.

What a game last night. Down 5-0 in the 8th inning and came back and won 6-5. Four game winning streak. Let's Go Yankees. Tough series with the Cubs up next.

Liar, war monger, con man, bully, criminal, etc etc etc. The only country who is actually bargaining with the US, he threatens. He has no desire to get a deal, or even bargain...he has never honored any agreement, or commitment, he cannot, his ego will never let him. It is my hope that Canada just allows the 35%, walks away, lets the US absorb their 35%, lets the US companies and citizens absorb the 35%, or 50% or what ever their fearless leader decides. No retaliation by Canada, just move on with the rest of the world. Just laugh...you cannot deal with an untrustworthy country. Their was already a trade deal in place until 2026...what is the point of a deal with an untrustworthy country. Onward for Canada, EU, South America, China, When will US citizens understand their standing in the world has been destroyed. Or do they care.

For the last regular season at the current stadium the Bills should wear blue over white for all home games. Although for the preseason game against the Giants I would guess the Bills will go with the all-whites being that it will be hot out. All regular season and playoff games this year should be blue over white. It has been the primary home uniform in their history. Wear that in the final season at Highmark. Forget the all blues and reds this year. Bring it back next year if they want but not this year.

Why didn't I think of this ?

You get a circus because you are dealing with players AND their agents in your bargaining unit so you’re playing a much different role as a union than what a traditional union would. Also, there are extreme disparities in compensation that results in an extremely difficult balance bc there are a ton of conflicts of interest inherent between the players. Working in partnership with the owners isn’t a bad strategy if you are able to represent your employees effectively that way and can be good for all parties if they are meeting each others interest without extreme measures. In fact, that is the definition of ideal. It’s not a zero sum game. I served in various union capacities and was a union chapter president for over 6 years. We rarely litigated but we got great deals done for both parties because our union was extremely diligent and hard working to both understand what our employees really wanted and needed and what our management/executives wanted and where the organizations challenges were. We got our unit to nearly 100% nationwide telework prior to the pandemic (didn’t have any major challenges when it hit), people have extremely flexible schedules, and we have great incentive awards structures that raised our productivity. All of the benefits were tailored to meet managements interests and were measured in their implementation with pilots and willingness to tweak the programs on both sides. Our union provided many solutions that worked when our management failed to meaningfully address them with their own attempts. We may be an outlier but more than anything good leadership is key and makes all the difference - conflict isn’t a necessity unless someone is being a moron.

BREAKING: Regarding the ongoing ICE & Border Patrol raid at a marijuana farm in Camarillo: Three senior federal officials tell me that DHS has a criminal judicial search warrant signed off on by a federal judge for 8 USC 1324, harboring of illegal aliens. I'm told the operation is ongoing, and will likely result in "hundreds" of arrests when the dust settles, making it potentially one of the largest single operations we've seen during the Trump administration. I’m told HSI obtained evidence that Glasshouse Farms is employing illegal aliens. They went to a federal judge, and the judge signed a warrant for them to go in.

But not when Muslims give death threats to media? Can't you at least be consistent?

If it were me, I’d tell the agent you’re client has a few choices… 1. Take a 2 year $20 mil. And $15 guaranteed. 2. He plays out his contract, and we intend to tag him. That will probably between this year the next secure him $19 mil. 3. Sign the tag, and sit out the year, get older, make no $, and don’t accrue another year towards retirement. Those are youre options. Pick 1. Id hope he’d accept the tag as no matter what we have him for 5 years, and the shelf life of most RB’s not name Henry after 27 yrs. Old.

I know they’re stupid, but police squad used to always make me laugh and naked gun series was again moronic, but I couldn’t help laughing. My wife and I just started rewatching them as she grew up in China so there is a long list of the dumb classics she never saw. The next time your kids complain about this or that, you can tell them my wife in China grew up without a TV. She never saw a tv show until she went to Malaysia for college. I responded what the heck so you do for fun, amd she said we went to the park to play or read. So bottom line I’m catching her up on the classics, Naked Gun, Airplane, I’m gonna get you sucka, and of course Johnny Dangerously. That was my favorite of the stupid movies.

we are happily retired in a house we purchased in 1995 in San Diego Cali. Which is itself a HUGE city of various neighborhoods and 2 phone area codes. Inland means more sun and less gloomy coolish weather .than coastal coastal conditions are a full 10 degrees cooler than my part of San Diego. So as a crow flies you go east from del Mar approx 7 miles. that is where I am. It is hard to believe people still are buying real estate as expensive as it is. But weather is what keeps property values high and people wanting too live here we will stay here for the duration. Glad we bought when we did. we considered moving to be closer to my son and his family. But they love it here too so will visit often. I wish I was a bit closer to my grand daughter. oh well

Abbey Road The White Album 2 of my fav's and arguably best records they did. But how do you really judge greatness. It's ALL Genius. It boils down to what flavor you liked best. Fav Beatles song is a really hard choice. I Love Paperback Writer. one of their more light hearted songs but I just have always liked it.
