Trade for Seymour

at least he could help us win one game like Lawyer Milloy did

Sure did. All those losers did, meanwhile, was win 14 of their last 15, including the last 12 in a row. That last one was particularly cute, as they beat the Bills by the same exact score in Foxboro. Oh, and they went on to win Super Bowl championship #2 also.

That Milloy sure was shrewd.

Better record last year.

More talent.

Less senile owner.

More accomplished head coach.

Less potentially criminally liable head coach.

More explosive weapons on offense.

Fewer concealed weapons in the locker room.

A better quarterback.

More talent on defense.

ETC ETC ETC

I think the two in bold pretty much equal themselves out. :censored:

I could see Al Davis going for Roscoe Parrish and a 2nd round pick for Seymour, considering how much he likes the speedy/explosive player archetype. I'm just not convinced that would be prudent for the Bills - the fact that the Pats traded him seems to indicate to me that he is not performing at a level required to run an effective 3-4. If we had a larger presence at DE opposite from Seymour, maybe we take a chance and convert to a 3-4 to utilize Maybin at OLB, but I don't see that as feasible at all as is.

Better record last year: Big whoop, they both suck.

More talent: Says who?

Less senile owner: Debatable

More accomplished head coach: Accomplished at losing.

Less potentially criminally liable head coach: Uh, okay...

More explosive weapons on offense: Really? You think this is explosive?

Fewer concealed weapons in the locker room: Only until Marshawn returns

A better quarterback: No.

More talent on defense: No.

ETC ETC ETC: No, no, no.

If he doesn't want to be a Raider, what makes you so sure he would want to be a Bill either? I can't honestly say it is a whole lot better. At least Raider fans can remember their last playoff and Super Bowl appearance, more than we can say. If he really wanted to screw it to the Pats, he would probably go the the Dolphins or Jets. That is one area with the drafting of Maybin, that is the least of our worries this long and disappointing season ahead.
