I like the draft so far, and one FA signing or trade could put us over the top. And less than a week ago I stated in a post my belief the Bills could go 0-16 =o. If he plays like he did in his final 8 games, we will struggle to make the playoffs. dont want to be overly pessimistic, but i can see trent getting hit like vs the cards on day 1. and it likely wont need a safety blitz this time. who blocks for him? GhostsOfTheRockpile Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 No. Once the shine wears off of the draft and T.O. signing, you're left with a team that is well below average at head coach, average (at best) at QB, has a tough schedule, has no chance of winning the division and thus has to compete with a good eight or so teams for a wild card spot... ... they can improve from last year and still finish 7-9. Big Turk Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 with our schedule I would say it is probably a long shot....if we had the same easy schedule from last year I would probably say yes, but our schedule is among the toughest in the NFL right now, so I would say probably not.
