No, I think it is totally logical; after he reads the field and he doesn't like what he sees, instead of FORCING the ball or taking a sack, he calmly tosses it away so he can live on & stay healthy for another play!!! He saw what you were too blind to see-during the final drive, they finally let Trent do something they wouldn't let him do most of the game-throw downfield. He was accurate in the snowstorm, even though he'd been handcuffed by Fairchild the entire game and not permitted to make those attempts earlier. It's funny how Trent's detractors have pointed to the Cleveland & Giants' games while ignoring conditions that caused his stat sheet to be less than stellar. Additionally they convieniently forget the bad weather home game against Miami and blame Fairchild for JP's failures, yet, when Fairchild contributed to Trent's failures all you hear from them is dead silence. Jim Kelly is a big BILLS Fan and has encouraged and said good things almost on all the QBs that have started for the Bills since he retired including JP.
