Sounds like the DA has nothing on Lynch

We are definitely starting to become those BICKERING Bills once again.....

Who's "we?"

If you mean the misanthropic segment of TSW that have nothing better to do than dwell ad nauseam on off-the-field issues, then I agree. Everyone else....nah.

You would. The maybes are why we have things like the Bill of Rights, and cops can't just bust in on you without warrants, etc.

I'm basing my comments on the fact that the DA has said the following

1) Marshawn seen in the area earlier that night

2) They have eyewitnesses that Marshawn's car hit the girl

3) They have video tape to the same

4) Damage to Marshawn's car consistant with accident and debris at scene of accident.

Pretty compelling stuff that it was Marshawn's car, Marshawn should come forward and say who borrowed his car or announce that he was driving. By holding back info he becomes a dirtbag IMHO.

The DA has also said they don't know who was driving Marshawn's car. And the DA's actions strongly support that.

Correct but Marshawn certainly knows who was driving, and the right thing to do is to tell the police who was driving. Since he has little regard for the woman's injury or doing the righht thing. He is a dirtbag IMHO. He loses a lot of face by doing this. He will lose Buffalo's public opinion support by handling it this way.

Not when he scores his first TD of the season.

Maybe he does know wheo was driving, but perhaps he does not. What if ML was drunk and passed out in the backseat? What if ML did the responsible thing and nominated a buddy to be a designated driver? If a buddy was driving and took off without ML's knowledge, you going to hold him culpable?

Also, you may say...Well ML would know who was driving and then could say something to the cops? Guess what...he may not have directly observed the driving or accident if he was passed out drunk in the backseat and only learned the identity of the driver later on in the evening. In that case his testimony would be worthless, as it would be hearsay.

Finally, what if the driver was his brother (if he has one) or a close family member? You going to turn in your family? You may ask them to do the honorable thing, but you won't turn him in.

Lots of possibilities here which is why anyone jumping to conclusions without all of the facts is presumptuous.

If he was drunk and passed out in the back seat and doesn't know, then he should say that. If it's his brother or mother that was driving find a patsie and get him to fall on the sword for you, surely he has a buddy that will take the heat for him. Marshawn is not handling this very smart from a PR point of view.

ML is handling it fine. You and your Self-Righteous Brothers in Arms however...
