I was shocked and disappointed to hear she is not very bright and generally disliked at NBC. (This was from an insider who I trust.) I've always been a big Elizabeth Vargas fan. When she was younger she was just awesome. She's still OK in my book. For an older woman, Meredith Vieira ROCKS. Smart, funny...the whole package, IMO. I used to like Katie (and Ann Curry) 'til she turned into such a B word, but they're both ancient and let's face it - age is much kinder to men. Now as for Melissa Theuriau... GIT 'ER DONE, MARV!!!!
