Thicker waterproof gloves, preferably mittens to keep your fingers together

A thin thermal base layer against your body (upper and lower) and then multiple layers added to your upper body on top of that. Make sure your pants over the thermal layer are thickish and loose fitting (not denim) and an extra pair of shorts under those pants to protect your ass from a cold bench is a plus. Layers work infinitely better than a single large coat because they retain multiple pockets of warmer air between them that can't escape as easily.

Two pairs of socks (the outer ones wool) and a comfortable pair of work boots.

If any kind of precipitation is expected, make sure your outer layer is water resistant (I prefer wool, but something with goretex is also acceptable)

It's not going to be the worst snow game ever by any stretch, maybe 3 + inches of snow at most.  Still, it will make it interesting.  I hope the Bills' equipment manager has figured out what kind of footwear will give the Bills the best possible footing in the snow.  Not terribly windy, so it will make it possible to pass, punt and kick field goals.
