This may just be me ranting. But the attitude of this team needs to change. Who remember when Allen was training with Drake Maye this offseason? They were all buddy buddy. Look where this has lead this team now. Not saying at all Allen is responsible for Mayes success. But training with your closest division rival in the offseason is just a recipe for disaster. Allen is the leader, and right now we need him, but what example does is set when your team leader is training with the guy who is 9-2 and has overtaken not only the afc east, but the afc as a whole. Drake Maye is about to reck havok for the next two decades while we just watch. Sickening really. Nothing we can do about it but just watch and remember our “glory days” of 5 straight Super Bowl wins 🤣 oh wait, that was just afc east division titles. Team is such a joke. I don’t know why I care anymore.

Allen hired Ken Dorsey and Joe Brady.

Allen gave a big contract extension to his buddy Dawson Knox.

Allen drafted Keon Coleman.

Allen coached up our division rival's QB.

Can we get rid of this guy already? It's not too late for Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane to clean up the mess he's left us.

Maybe Maye can teach Allen something next offseason?

Like maybe after 8 years hitting his back foot on 3 and 5 step drops, and getting the ball out on time and on target vs. Holding it.

Ah yes, the old “QB should throw the ball on his 3rd step whether a receiving option is open or not”.

Wonderful idea. Interceptions surely won’t come from that brilliant suggestion.

Josh Allen is very much like Jack Eichel, he does his thing very well and basically sits on his tablet on the bench. I would like more Baker Mayfield and we had that when Daboll was on him. This team needs more Richie Incognito who would kill for a win and less Dawkins just here for the vibes culture.

Can he get us a new HC?

Not once did I say I wanted Allen gone. I just think he needs to lead this team differently

Agreed about the Daboll part. His last play called in Buffalo put the Bills ahead in KC with 13 seconds to go.

Since then, he and McDermott have been reported to have an icy relationship. I wonder why?

Since Daboll has left the Bills, it has been a steady decline. Last season was lightning in a bottle. A literal MVP performance was

needed to carry this team to the brink.

It’s all Allen or nothing.

He has NO WHERE to throw when Kincaid isn't on the field.

Every great QB has done and does it.
