It does seem that a change should happen. Its been 9 years and now the team seems to be getting worse. The Eagles eventually moved on from Reid and he had more success there than McDermott has had here. I doubt Terry cleans house. Beane and McDermott will be back next year.

He has a little more success in Philly that McDermott has had in Bufflao, but It took him missing the playoffs for two straight years and a 4-12 bottoming out for the Eagles to "move on." And they moved on, not to winning the SB with Doug Pederson, but to the Chip Kelly experiment.

What is the difference between not making it or being one and done ?

The Josh Allen era is being wasted with the current regime, they are never going to win it.

It is only a matter of time before Stafford retires and Josh wants to go the Rams and get his ring.

What the Rams have done is amazing.  Stafford having a great year, find Nacua in the 5th round, sign Adams, and the defense has been turned around.

And oh by the way, McVay is awesome.

I don’t want Webb anywhere near the OC position. Last year was the year to choose a new coach. There were several coaches available who would have done a better job with this team in the nine years mcdermott has been the coach he still fails to grasp in game changes when it’s not working. His run first offense with one of the best Quarterbacks in history is a crime. Let’s trade Allen and play trubisky if all he has to do is hand the ball off.

So you're answer is to complain about last year.  No point in crying over spilled milk

And your answer is trade Allen.  Are you a troll or a child?

I doubt a regime change will happen unless Josh demands it. Or at the very least, is consulted and agrees to it.

Just a hunch, but I feel Josh might still be loyal to Sean. Josh doesn't look like the kind of player to make demands like that. But a couple more years of not achieving the goals, and Josh creeping up on his mid-30s, might change that. But I would certainly welcome a regime change next year.

The blueprint is flawed. The scouting is off. The contracts are mistakes. We are wasting a first-ballot HOF QB.

intersting that over 80% of us have basically given up on this season. sad, but realistic. i think mcD is a good coach and will do good things for another program. He's done all he can do for us. he's reached his ceiling.

but i think what's really gonna happen is Brady gets canned, and McBeane stays. It's possible Beane will go as well. I don't believe they'll get rid of McD. He could honestly be an asset if he was surrounded by A coordinators. but that's not reality for almost any team.

but who's out there?

Sorry, but it’s not McD for me as much as Beane and Brady.  Terry should force McD to offer at least a rehire of Daboll if he’s willing to take an OC job.  Daboll is not getting another HC job soon.  McD should also be directed to control the defense, and if he hires a new DC, he’s really there for camp and practice, not calling the defense as that is McD’s job.  If he doesn’t like it, fire McD.  People blame McD a little too much (just one man’s opinion).

Hes turned this team around from the desert for 17 years.

I've found myself wondering wtf is Brady thinking a lot this season.

His play calling, certain game plans and questionable adjustments(or not)  all leave more to be desired

The defense is leaking but we are wrecked on D with the injury bug. So McD, Babich and the players are doing an okay job making it work with what they have.  Oliver and Hoect healthy, this line would wreck games and QBs.

Pegula to McDermott:

Pegula: Hey Sean

McDermott: Hey, Terry. How are you?

Pegula: Good. Good. I was wondering if you thought that stadium across the street was really nice?

McDermott: Excuse me

Pegula: The stadium....across the street....do you like it? Do you think it looks beautiful?

McDermott: Why are you asking?

Pegula: I was wondering if you wanted to be the head coach in that stadium next year

McDermott: I'm sorry, I don't follow

Pegula: The stadium across the street. Do you wanna be the head coach in it next year?

McDermott: Um. Yes

Pegula: Then I suggest you make some big changes this year. Without a trophy, no new stadium

McDermott: But wait

Pegula: No trophy, no new stadium. Also, I didn't see Brandon in his office. Do you know where he went?

McDermott: I have no idea. Why?

Pegula: Don't worry, I'll find him. Remember what I said, no trophy, no new stadium. Brandon is about to find out to

Pegula sees a batch of chocolate chip cookies on McDermott's desk as he exits.

Pegula: I'll take one of these. But remember....remember. Have a good day

Stay tuned for the conversation with Brandon Beane

I would welcome not making the playoffs if meant we'd get a top 15 pick in the draft to infuse us more talent.

With Beane using the pick? 🤣
