Early in the McD era when we had these national games, McD and his coaches came up with really solid gameplans. The Thanksgiving day beatdown of the Cowboys was a great example. Lately though, the plans have been a little hit or miss. I really hope that we start strong on both sides of the ball and McD really focuses on his game management. The last game against Houston last year where he gave away the game by passing 3 times and not killing the clock then going for prevent D when the Texans got the ball back (resulting in an easy completion that put them in FG range and won them the game) was 2nd only to 13 seconds for the dumbest coaching of the McD era. We just cant afford to lose this game.

Kinda not my point at all. The crime data is easily and readily available. Regardless, Mexico City is NOT Sinaloa or Juarez. It is safer than many major American cities DESPITE having problems with crime. No one is denying that. Otherwise, it's a vast, diverse, and culturally rich megalopolis that is one of the world's great cities. If one's response to that true statement is to post an AP article (a brief and generic piece about protest that includes an anecdote about a killing in Michoacan, not Mexico City and makes a thin point about Gen Z) after questioning why anyone would ever want to go to Mexico, my hunch is that the person doesn't know a ton about the place. And trust me, I know a lot about Mexico City and read a lot of news sources (it's basically a core part of my job). But as @Einstein said, back to football.

I understood your point. I was just throwing a bone.

There’s a very good chance if we end up being the top wildcard team we’ll go to Baltimore for the first playoff game which isn’t good

The Browns ( yes, I know they're division rivals) really should have beta the Ratbirds.

If the coaching staff is smart, they'll implement a similar game plan if they meet again. The Browns & Steelers wrote the book on containing Lamar.

Every game will be a huge test, considering how the defense can't stop the run. Now I don't get how they stopped Carolina, though.

I was there.  It was a Bills home game.  Home team had to use a silent count.

A little off-topic, but I agree 100%. I've been there four times and it is just an awesome city. Incredible museums, parks... neighborhoods that look like Paris but with the best tacos you've had in your life. Yes, you have to be careful at night, but that's true of a lot of cities--I once tried to walk somewhere in downtown Dallas at 11pm and it was a lot scarier than Mexico City. Don't be so timid and you'll discover a beautiful place.

P.S. I don't know if I'd say this game is huge, and I have a feeling the Bills are on a run now, and will continue by taking care of Davis Mills.

lol i was in downtown Dallas, probably 10 years ago attending meetings at company HQ.  A bunch of us went out to dinner, then some stayed for drinks, we left the place maybe 10-1030?  The mile walk back to the hotel was one of the sketchiest experiences i've had and I travel all over.  I have a vivid memory watching a woman with a baby in a stroller, also knocked up, with a smoke hanging out of her mouth dealing drugs right out of the stroller.  class acts all around.  on the other hand that night was also my first experience with a jalepeno margarita, highly recommended

Thankfully someone else remembers. This alone could have cost us the 1 seed....not mentioning the Rams game. This year it's the NE game and the Miami game. Atlanta was all piss poor coaches plans from the start.

Sean...Peyton doesn't make those mistakes. We need that 1 seed for the final season at the Ralph.....and then of course the SB. We need to win out. Hopefully Philly doesn't have to show week 17.

We need the Pats to lose to Balt. and us.  Maybe Flacco will do us a Dalton on them as well. WC talk is for losers and from now on only coaching can keep us from the Division title.

TNF is the game of our year.
