It's weird how I always feel more confident playing the Dolphins in Miami. I think the Bills roll this week - there is no room for a division loss here and that will prevent any potential letdown from the Chiefs game

This should be a win. Now we don't know if it's an easy win, but a win nonetheless. This shouldn't be a trap game. We need to win to stay on pace vs. the Patriots.

Knowing McDaniels he will have 5 new running concepts and 2 new passing plays which are an automatic 7 points. I expect a tight game given Tua’s quick release and Miami’s commitment to stick with the run. It would surprise no on on here if it’s a 3 point game heading into the half. Good teams find a way to put lesser teams away and this is no different. 84 degrees at kickoff, 1pm game, expect Miami’s best effort.

I’m interested to see who fills that role that 55 was playing. I think we unlocked something with this defense and I think it’s way more about the role than the player itself. I can see 58, 42 or 56 taking that over and doing very similar things. I’m excited about our defense for the first time since 2017

Solomon has been playing in that spot all year while Hoecht was suspended and went back in after Hoecht was injured.

I agree that Hiecht was very impressive playing a DT/DE/LB hybrid position. Let’s call it animal.

I would also like to see the Bills continue to use this position

I think Bosa would  be the best candidate currently on the team. Same weight and frame as Hoecht, and maybe a bit more explosive. And he played LB at LAC.

The argument against this move is you would be weakening the DE group to have him play a position that he hasn’t played.

I think Milano and Williams are both too light at 230ish to line up at DT

Gotta disagree here.
Teams are playing heavy box to stop Bills run. They can do this because Bills don’t have a deep threat, or a WR that can separate in the intermediate area.

If Bills had a #1 outside receiver, the opponents would clog the LOS and middle much less.

They have been using this all year with Solomon.

WTF, man. Can’t even get guys through practice let alone a game. Guys all the time getting hurt in practice this year. Back to training camp.

I wonder if the injuries are a byproduct of McDermott's commitment to a what he calls a "nasty attitude" on defense. Where else do you inculcate that attitude but in practice, and how else than by practicing nasty, resulting in injuries?

(What is nasty, anyway? I'm losing my handle on it. Aggressive? Unpleasant? Impolite?)

Do not take an Uber there if you can help it. The uber lot is a 45 min walk from the stadium through a bad neighborhood. They do have people driving golf carts to and from but they charge ($20 a person was cheapest I saw) per seat. Uber to and from stadium with the golf cart ride back to the lot from the stadium was $400

Thanks. Not sure how we're getting there. I'll find out tonight when I land. I think my buddy is driving. He and his brother have been to the stadium before so I'm sure they have a game plan.
