I also see a tremendous downside to being on the jury and voting to acquit—angry mobs would be a problem. I can certainly understand a person looking at the video, the prosecution case—and thinking it’s a whole lot easier to convict the guy than deal with the fallout from acquittal. The identities of each and every juror was doxxxed and shared online. The jury was compromised. They had no choice but to find him guilty. The whole notion that he will be pardoned is just fervant rhetoric by the left to drum up the idiots who do not understand government. The president cannot pardon state level offenses. Period. The left spreading this narrative, including that B word Walz and the dumbass GOP who believe it are one in the same: the problem with the US. 1

Let's just be happy that a guy was railroaded, forget the history that the BLM created division through a false narrative and memory hole the 2019-2022 events. Typical leftist shill. Stop breathing. You're taking. Away a valuable resource better used for those around you, and clearly your brain does not need any more oxygen since it already functions in the single digits.

Because weak Biden allowed such nonsense to occur is no reason to continue that type of lunacy. I would not advocate for a pardon for Chauvin. Still, what you’re suggesting is that the current admin should do the right thing when the prior administration did not. It’s pretty common for people supporting the new admin to suggest “You first”.

No, I am advocating that administrations should not have influence on judicial decisions. Chauvin like others has appeal processes.

As you mentioned kindness and mind-ness when realcting by the administration into the justice system for political reason is not blindness. Too many times pardons are so political, by both parties

Regardless of your thoughts about the tragic outcome do you think that FACT should have been allowed into evidence? Did you know that George Floyd first said that he can't breathe while he was resisting being put into the back seat of the police car, well before he was on the street being restrained by a MPD approved technique? To me this is what it really comes down to. Everything else is just noise. It is a MPD approved technique but should only be for a short time though based off the testimony of the two MPD training officers at the trial. The documentary left that part out. Specifically that MPD trained officers are trained to put their knee on a handcuffed person’s upper back and neck area if they were combative and posed a threat to themselves or others. Police were instructed to move the person into a safe position as soon as possible “to alleviate positional asphyxia.” He was still using the technique even after Floyd went limp (around 4 minutes and 51 seconds) and kept his knee on his upper knee/back for at least three minutes after he went limp. There's really no excuse for that and Chauvin gets little sympathy from me. However, I thought the charges ( unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter) were excessive. He shouldn't have been given 22 and 1/2 years in prison imo and I'm surprised Barr didn't approve the plea deal of 10 years in jail for third degree murder. Worries about public perception should not have been his reason for launching a full investigation imo. 1 2
