Plus, they have decent old people discounts. Yeah... right... use T-Mobile. I live pretty far out in the boonies and my neighbor has T-Mobile and I watch him walking around in his yard trying to get a signal on his phone practically every day! We had Verizon for years and never once had a problem getting a signal here but we switched to Spectrum's cell phone service when we upgraded our "package" last year to get a free top of the line Samsung smartphone and I've always got 5 bars on my phone's meter here. He told me he was gonna switch to something else about a month ago so he can get rid of his landline but since he can hardly use his T-Mobile phone he doesn't dare get rid of his landline yet. 1 Quote

You do realize this is how EVERY business works, right? They sell things people want to buy. Not quite sure where people think the Bills get $400,000,000.00 to pay their QB. It’s not from charging you $12 for a beer….thats for sure. Quote

Apparently they'll offer immersive fan experiences through this tech and it also helps broadcasting teams cut down on staff. This is at least what I'm reading. Who knows if anyone will notice anything. We've been doing macro network Distributed Antenna Systems in stadiums for a while now, which is giving way to wifi 6e and 7 with cellular offload capabilities (aruba are really the kings of this space for anyone interested, though Cisco Vision is going to start popping up in a lot of college stadiums). There's a number of advantages for this, and new stuff coming on line all the time. The best part is though that your phone will work even with 80k other ppl there. These days we're typically bringing multiple 10Gb connections, or in a couple cases 100Gb Quote
