The fact that worm brain doesn’t see the stupidity in this isn’t surprising; it’s just another day in an administration full of clowns. Maybe next we should test placebo seat belts. Who wants to sign up? Convince a group of people who are rational actors to enroll their kids in a randomized/blind controlled study. 50% chance the kid will get a placebo. Maybe we should just continue what we've been doing for, oh, 3 or 4 generations of Americans, resulting in the near elimination of measles with no convincing evidence at all of a significant downside?

Without the open borders we would not have had an issue. That being said I did get my kids the measles shot and would again but it should be my choice. 1

To blame this on open boarders is a total cop out. There’s measles outbreaks in pockets all over the country, and guess what? They have the lowest vaccination rates. Florida will likely be the next big outbreak because of the same policies. Illegals have been coming into this country for years and the measles hasn’t become an issure until after COVID.
