Why did he do that? untrue. mental health has been underfunded for decades. For years insurance wouldn't cover mental health visits. And yes, the prisons are full of crazy people. They come for visits in shackles and orange jump suits. Ya know what would help? Universal health care. the addicts could be treated as well....guess who is for this and who against. And nobody in patient care calls them asylums but they're not usually great places to be. And no, I'm not a shrink. Crazy people get sick too.
