I thought both were recently legalized.

no clue, hopefully NYS legalized it and is taxing it.  Great way to pay for stadiums, etc.  The sports bring in the money, the fans gamble, and stadiums paid for.

I'm pretty sure it is legal.

It is. I was in Mississippi and Tennessee recently. I went to open my Caesars Sports Betting app, couldn't do it. I come home in New York, opens right up. Apps like that open in states that have legalized their use. They know by tracking where you are via cell tower location.

I’m not so sure that this is completely accurate.

I read the same line in the NYP article.  I wish they would have clarified where the information was sourced.  I don’t recall him ever threatening to leave Buffalo publicly.

I know where was a report that PSE said cities like San Antonio would publicly finance a new NFL stadium - is that a threat though?

Don’t care.. it’s a negotiating tactic.

This exactly...he was never going to move the team and used that to his advantage because the other side wasn't 100% sure which therefore couldn't risk calling his bluff.
