lmao - look at you twist and turn yourself into a pretzel.

You are pathetic.

Pretzel? I am for legally allowing adults to be as weird as they like so long as they don't do it with children, nothing I have said has contradicted that. You want FL to turn into a Socialist state so you can point it out, but we allow adults to be themselves.

So, why is DeSaster going exclusively after LGTBQ and not enforcing laws at public beaches?

Do you get it now, pawn?

Do you have evidence that people are flashing children at the beach? You seem to be making a statement without any evidence

Dems desperately need to hold onto the black vote so they’ll deploy their black ops to scare everyone off from leaving the progressive plantation.

Ignorance, like that displaced at the Tony Awards, will be cheered on by white women and black liberal activists, but attacks like this no longer affect black men … they see the attack on masculinity and their standing in this country as men, and will continue to abstain from voting and/or vote for R’s in growing numbers.

We saw Stacy Abrams act like this in Georgia.  The result… black men turned out for Brian Kemp in numbers never before seen.

What is the Progressive plantation? What does that mean?

First you tell me it’s against the law (which it is) - suggesting it wasn’t happening.

Then you tell me they are private beaches - which is false.

Now you’re asking me to provide evidence (outside the articles already provided - where one specifically identifies a nude beach that allows children.)

Take the L man - you’ve lost - moving the goal post won’t help.

You’re another sucker buying all the BS around LGTBQ and then flatline cause you can’t square the fact that DeSaster is using LGTBQ for political reasons why ignoring nude beaches that allow children.

Nice summation of the fact that nude beaches exist in FL and that you have no evidence that kids are there. I did find it odd that you knew how to find all the beaches with a nude component but my  principle still has not changed. When you show me evidence that a child is there I will start to care, but your list is at least partially garbage because I have been to St George island and there is not any nude beach part.

lmao - there is no chance in hell that you are a teacher.

YOU have provided ZERO evidence that kids are not at these beaches.

I at least provided links that highlight beaches where kids are allowed.

You are a mess.

Good luck with that one.  They just throw it out there and think everyone is like their low-info followers and just believe it without proof.

"There are kids at nude beaches!"  Show us the proof.  "Just trust us!"

JFC - our resident plumber keeps moving the goal posts because he is in over his head with every argument he finds himself in…

And then “Doc” comes in to attempt to rescue his a$$.

Seriously, fluffing losers.

If you read the recent Tennessee case (or a good summary of it) shooting down the effective ban on drag performances, you'll see the point: under the old "I know it when I see it" Supreme Court doctrine, states and cities can ban or put restrictions on "obscenity," which is typically defined as something meant to appeal to what's called the "prurient interest." In other words, something that's done for sexual titillation rather than for some other purpose. And common sense laws do recognize that distinction.

The Tennessee case makes it clear that while there may be obscene drag shows, that's not necessarily the case, and even a wholesale prohibition on drag performances where children may be present run afoul of the first amendment. And that's where a lot of these laws are a type of conservative virtue signaling that would ban some community theater from doing a painful version of Mrs Doubtfire just as much as they'd ban drag queens (or indeed anyone) engaging in simulated or real sex acts on stage.

Sorry but telling LBGTQ+ they can't whip out their junk or use dildos in a parade isn't an "effective ban" anymore than removing pornographic material from age-inappropriate libraries is.  And there is still no proof that children "are being allowed" at nude beaches, either with photographic evidence or outside of some people breaking the law.

From the official description of Haulover Park:

https://www.miamidade.gov/parks/haulover.asp

"There is also a world-renowned clothing optional beach section that is family oriented and staffed by well trained volunteers who provide information about beach etiquette." (bold by me)

From the "beach etiquette" guidelines for Blind Creek Beach:

https://www.treasurecoastnaturists.org/beach-etiquette

"Please exercise common courtesy with cameras.  Do not photograph people without their permission. Practice politeness by asking first. Never photograph any children but your own."  (Common sense should tell you that they would not have this rule if kids were not allowed.)

Nude or “ naturist” beaches are not overtly sexual - unless one is vacationing at Hedonism in Jamaica -but rather about being comfortable in our natural state and not concerned with trappings of status, such as clothing. Not my cup of tea, but quite different from a hyper-sexualized LGBWHATEVER party or demonstration / event. The nude body on its own is not sex, and nudity / partial nudity is not uncommon on beaches in some European countries. Apples and oranges here.

A few items:

1) you ask me to prove a negative which is truly only asked by people who don't recognize that it is literally impossible to prove a negative.

2) you post so much garbage without even giving cursory attempts to make sure it is even vaguely true I will continue to ignore most of what you post.

3) I actually read the law to determine if you could possibly be right and I discovered you were wrong again because the law  related to drag shows only restricts "performances" of a sexual nature from allowing children to present. So as long as the beaches remain free of sexual acts then they are legal, even with children there.

If you truly want to argue that a nude beach is sexual then have at it, I don't care.

Omfg - naked people around children at beaches isn’t sexual and acceptable?

Do you realize how pathetic you sound?

You have officially twisted yourself into several pretzels trying to justify DeSaster going after LGTBQ while overlooking the simple fact that DeSaster is ignoring family oriented NUDE beaches in Florida.

lmao - look how far you have come to defend the indefensible - you are broken.
