But not in the laws of colonial America at the time,” Kaine explained. “We could have been a nation completely without the institution. But colonial legislatures and courts, and eventually the U.S. legal system, created the institution on our shores and maintained slavery until the 13th Amendment. As I said, we didn’t inherit it. We chose to create it.” Sounds rational to me.

The Roman's, no, they couldn't have used slaves to build the colosium, did they? Why did the left remove Columbus statue, oh he used a couple of slaves apparently on his ship. Was Columbus not Italian? So how did the 13 colonies invent slavery? The only thing the left built was the idea of woke. And that is a failure

You are nuts, but you seem to like proving it repeatedly.

To believe this, you have to operate under the assumption that women and minorities are automatically incapable of getting positions that WASP men can without help. 50 minutes ago, Albwan said: Real insurrectionists, not the fever dreamed ones in the mind of the left crazies You voted for this. I appreciate you admitting that is your belief, but I know far too many qualified minorities to argue I must hold a position based on the color of their skin. You are so broken you think greatness comes from diversity while the opposite is true, if you choose only the best you will end up with some diversity.

You cannot limit your talent pool. That’s the point of these programs.

I don't know what industry you are in, but in mine, greatness comes from talent and effort. When "diversity" was the factor in putting people in positions they should not have been, it resulted in death.

Your first two sentences contradict each other, but I know you aren't smart enough to understand that. If you are forcing diversity then you are limiting your talent pool. If you only 6% of your hires are from group most likely to familiar with your company and work you will suffer.
