My wife is a GREAT breakfast cook (great in general too, but especially breakfasts). Fried Over medium Scrambled with a few types of cheeses melted in Quiche (today she made an artichoke/spinach quiche, last weekend she made a sausage/peppers/onions quiche) Breakfast sandwich (fried egg, american cheese, bacon, avacado, on an english muffin) Hardboiled Egg salad sandwiches Deviled eggs And back when we had these places called "restaurants" to go to for brunch, we were a Benedict family.
