In her deranged leftist mind she sees this all as trumps fault and she’s lashing out at his supporters. I doubt she’s genuinely wishing them dead, she’s just mentally challenged- she worked on Hillary’s campaign, after all. That being said, getting fired from a hospital for such comments makes sense.
