Every intelligence service the US has said that there was nothing behind the Biden thing. The guys yesterday literally said it was a conspiracy theory that couldn't be backed up by anything factual. No. You're not allowed to do that. It's against the law. It's literally a campaign finance violation, similar to the one Michael Cohen is now sitting in a jail cell for. The money was allocated to Ukraine so they could fight Russians, the country who the US considers an enemy. It wasn't allocated so that Donald Trump could investigate a political opponent at home.
