Depends who they have rated higher and if the cost to move up outweighs the difference between the two. I would take Wilkins and not move up. (Ian Rapoport, NFL.com) 1:15 p.m. Mississippi State pass-rusher Montez Sweat may have been misdiagnosed with a heart condition that has caused some teams to take him off the draft board. That measurement would mean there is no risk for Sweat under the diagnosis.
